SOS RITCHIE MAKES LIBERAL BLOGGER’S LIST OF “WORST POLITICAL PERSON†IN THE ENTIRE STATE
By Michael B. Brodkorb | January 1, 2008
Ouch:
"8. SOS Mark Ritchie — Well, well, looks like we are going bi-partisan this year. Ritchie let his ambition get in the way of….smart politics. Always looking for another way to raise money, Ritchie ventured into the forbidden territory of mixing campaign funding with his government job. He truly made Brodkorb's job way too easy. But the main reason he is on this list is: he lied. Politicians panic when they get caught in the cookie jar and just like your average 5 year old, they always try to hide it. Still, in spite of his transgression, Kiffmeyer was far worse. As I have said before, get politics out of the SOS job and make it an appointed position." It's a tough start to the new year for Secretary of State Mark Ritchie.

“SOS” takes on another more relevant meaning these days for Ritchie.

hahahahaha. “Take politics out by making it an appointed position”? Whom are they going to get to do the appointing? Pawlenty? I doubt they really want that.

I keep reading stuff like “Kiffmeyer was far worse”, but never any support for it. I hope to read someday of her many horrible sins, but until then I will tend to think of these writings as symptoms of KDS. *shrug*

Ritchie at least made it easy for this person to say the list was bi-partisan, but he could’ve been higher like #1 based on the silly standards the person was using for his list.

Ritchie made the list for the old-fashioned reason: he EARNED it.
And yes, Micheal – you do belong on that list, because you rip the other party for stuff you’ve ignored when your party has done it.
Wrong is wrong, no matter which side does it.

Two putt,
This website is called MN Democrats Exposed. If you want to complain about Republicans, there are plenty of left wing blogs to view.

Crhis, IOW – you believe it’s ok when GOPers do it, but terrible when DFLers do it.
Keep that mantra up; it’s what drove Reagan Democrats back to the democratic party and is driving swing voters to the democratic side.
It’s also a reason GOP now stands for GreedOverPrinciples.

Tommy do you still blog??
Hard to tell because no one reads your drivel.
You might be willing to throw ritchie under the bus for his actions, but the local DFL will not. Which is why we will see a very serious change in the local races as MN voters come to realize voting in democRats made things even worse.
Keep it up Tommy, there is a reason why people are fleeing the liberal cities of Mpls and St. Paul. Get ready my friend, I think we may see voting results more like 2000, 2002, & 2004.
I think in 2006 the voting public bought into the hype the democRats put out there but now they can see the lack of results and you best get ready for that backlash.
