MANKATO FREE PRESS EDITORIAL BLASTS FRANKEN’S PARTISANSHIP

By Michael B. Brodkorb | January 2, 2008

"'Right-wing nutcase' also is a fighting word, one used by Al Franken before he was running for Senate, for a person of the Republican persuasion. It paints the target as a person with mental disabilities and makes light of a health condition that can be serious.

The most important question voters and the electorate can ask any politician of any stripe is this: What have you done to work with your opponents to compromise and make something work better for Minnesota taxpayers?" Source: Mankato Free Press, January 2, 2007
