CIRESI SUBTLY JABS FRANKEN IN INTERVIEW WITH DOWNTOWN JOURNAL
By Michael B. Brodkorb | January 3, 2008
"Mike Ciresi has never really left home.
He appears proud of it, too. During a recent interview, the Democratic U.S. Senate candidate was quick to point out that he was born, raised and educated in Minnesota, and that he has worked here all of his life.
Perhaps it's a good strategy — it's one he's been using to demonstrate some of the differences between him and his chief Democratic rival, comedian Al Franken. Franken grew up in Minnesota but later moved before returning in 2005. He attended Harvard and then lived in New York City while writing for 'Saturday Night Live' and hosting his 'Air America Radio' show." Source: Downtown Journal, January 3, 2008
