[...] Al Franken cannot be pleased that Mike Ciresi stole his thunder and launched the first ads, including the first attack ad, of the campaign season (no matter how bland they are). Perhaps that's why Franken tried to interupt Ciresi during a joint press conference today: "Although the candidates were friendly, Ciresi and Franken did spar a bit. [...]

[...] According to information provided to Minnesota Democrats Exposed, I can report that Mike Ciresi's attack ad TV buy is only around $200,000 with the ads being broadcast at WCCO-4, FOX-9, and KARE-11. I am still trying to confirm if Ciresi's campaign purchased time at KSTP-5.
Zeeb,
Legal corporations eff-up too. When they do, and people are damaged, then they bear the burden of relief according to our constitution. You can go and live in China (outside of Hong Kong) and be happy. When you are injured or killed by the negligence of a corporation, you just die. Period. Your family is just grateful the corporation allowed you to work for them.

You're way of thinking is un-American.

Say, Zeeb?

Remind me how many investigations ol' Smokescreen held on, say, War Profiteering?

There's a reason the GOP Majority put Smokescreen in charge of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations - he's a (cheney)in LAPDOG.

As a taxpayer, you should be outraged.

Norm "Smokescreen" Coleman, R=Lapdog, is toast this November. But, who knows? Maybe he'll have ANOTHER epiphany, and become a greenie. Or a libertarian. Or whatever he thinks will work, this time.....

funny how comments were disabled on his ads...i had some things i wanted to say.

only liberals would be proud of a trial lawyer who sued and fought legal corporations that sold legal products.

This guy is a dirt bag.

Is this an attack ad because Ciresi used Bush and Norm's name in the same sentence.
Norm had six years, four of those in complete control, to focus on strengthening the economy for the middle class,to keep our nation safe and secure, and to ensure that all Americans have access to quality, affordable health care, and he didn't do it.
Minnesota will vote for change.
I wonder if Norm will be doing the infomercials for Blo&Go, (he has such nice hair) when he returns to the private sector, this November.

[...] I just received this statement from U.S. Senator Norm Coleman's campaign regarding Mike Ciresi's new attack ad: "Mike Ciresi's attacks on Norm Coleman are not unexpected. When you don't have a positive vision for the future, or any experience in bringing people to get things done and to change America for the better, you go on the attack. Between Mike Ciresi and Al Franken, Minnesotans will have an opportunity to choose between two different candidates who share the same extreme notion that partisanship is a substitute for leadership that makes a difference. Norm Coleman will continue to stay positive and focused on strengthening the economy for the middle class, keeping our nation safe and secure and ensuring that all Americans have access to quality, affordable health care." Source: Coleman for U.S. Senate, January 10, 2007 [...]
