This behavior of Franken’s is no surprise to me. When I was in High School in 2006, he was our guest speaker at a National Honor Society initiation. He came unprepared and wrote his speech while our principal spoke. It was a terrible speech with horrible organization. You’d think an SNL writer could do better.
