REPUBLICAN PARTY OF MINNESOTA WORKING HARD TO PREVENT MASSIVE TAX INCREASES #2

As a follow-up to this post, I spoke with staff from the Republican Party of Minnesota (MN GOP) this morning about what the MN GOP is doing to prevent the massive tax increases contained in the DFL's transportation bill from becoming law.
I have been informed that radio ads are being run regarding the DFL transportation plan. The MN GOP has also produced an informational flyer for local Republican conventions about the DFL transportation plan. Click here for a copy of the flyer. I’ve read the flyer, and appreciate the concern for increasing revenues over time to fix our infrastructure crisis, but at the bottom of the flyer it states:
“”***THERE IS A BETTER WAY: THE REPUBLICAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN CONTAINS NO TAX INCREASES
& OFFERS MORE MONEY FOR OUR ROADS & BRIDGES***”"
Where can I find a breakdown of the Republican Transportation Plan?
