MDE FROM THE ARCHIVES: FRANKEN CALLS HIMSELF A “CORPORATION”; BOASTS HE EMPLOYS A “BUNCH OF PEOPLE”
By Michael B. Brodkorb | March 6, 2008
This video was shot of Al Franken in September during a DFL debate at Augsburg. Franken said “I’m a corporation, I employ a bunch of people.” Franken also said “I love corporations that play by the rules, and we have to make them play by the rules.”
Alan Franken Inc. clearly did not play by the rules or the law, as Franken’s corporation was fined $25,000 for failure to pay workers’ compensation insurance.

“MDE FROM THE ARCHIVES…”
- Where are these archives?
- Who do they belong to?
- [Some of the footage connected to the MN GOP Gas Tax Attack(s) seem(s) to be from the State Fair 2006].
- Who was the person(s)doing audio/video recording?
- When people politely asked him/her questions about who he/she was representing, what was the answer?

Hey Twopud, go screw yourself and get a life.

wow Eightputt Tommy can count. So much for my theory he couldn’t count all of his putts.
After eighteen posts you still want to say that it is okay for a DFL corporate excutive to break the law if he’s proposing laws you like?
If Franken can pick the laws he can ignore does that mean I have the right to ignore laws?

TPT and El pres
Why do you care what is posted here?
Your lives are consumed by what Michael is doing. You two continually defend Franken and others in the DFL who Michael EXPOSES them.
All I have to say to you two buffoons is HA HA!! Franken is EXPOSING him self.
I love MDE…EXPOSING the truth and the liars for who they really are!!
TPT are you ready to answer my questions from a few weeks ago? You racist DFL”er

puddles and el pres are paid to write their drivel.
Gee, you think either are getting some form of payment off the government too?

Thanks.

Poor Al. I bet they didn’t teach him how to follow the law at Harvard.

What a piece of work, and I see all the trolls are coming out of the wood work (or caves) to defend this clown.

And here I thought that TwoPuttTommy was opposed to making personal attacks in these comments.
I’m just surprised he didn’t run to Brodkorp, crying all the way when hottip went after him in comment #7. It’s his standard M.O.
He’s such a victim. He can dish it out but he can’t take it.

As was stated in another post on MDE today,
“Minnesota is still in a caucus/primary process and therefore has many possible democrats that could take on Norm Coleman and win.”

PUtt whines all of the time. This was a much nicer place before he started his slash and burn BS. Lets hope those new rules come out soon…

Hottip: “Why do you care what is posted here?”
el presidente: The website declares “dedicated to a ‘truthful’ discussion on the activities, statements, and tactics of Minnesota Democrats.”
It seems to me that in order to have a more “truthful discussion” about Democrats, that a website shouldn’t just be limited to only Republicans.
Muy facil. Very simple.

Say, Counselor?
I can take it; it’s Michael that won’t let me give it. Somethin’ ’bout your tender psyche….

Big Kahuna states, “puddles and el pres are paid to write their drivel”
Big Kahuna further states, “Gee, you think either are getting some form of payment off the government too?”
Here’s a little rhyme:
el presidente does not qualify for workers’ compensation;
el presidente has made a few wise choices in his life.
el presidente, oh, it’s such a strenuous occupation;
las margaritas, las guitarras, las canciones, y a mi wife [esposa].
la esposa – wife; las esposas – handcuffs

selling drugs is not a “wise choice” pal.

puddles I think it was for your own good. It would only be a matter of time before soneone has enough of your personal shit and shoves your jup boots up your ass. I know you are a fat, old and out of shape guy, so me going after you just looks bad. I do have an 85 year old vet though would would love to call you out.

TPT (which stands for Too Pathetic To be a man) claims, that “Michael that won’t let me give it.”
Well that explains why Michael deleted TPT’s comment #9 in which TPT “gives it” to hottip.
Oops…my mistake…Michael did not delete TPT’s nasty gram in comment #9.
So…
Another contention by TPT goes into the dustbin of history.

Pete,
A pharmacist could be a “wise choice” for a profession.
[What I think that you are missing are forms of argumentation and debate on policy matters such as the War in Iraq, differences among the three DFL contenders (AFranken, MCiresi JN-Pallmeyer) and how they compare/contrast to the policies of NColeman].
And Republicans aren’t the only ones doing it. I think that the Democrats are doing it also.
Many times celebrity brings with it a certain status. I think that Franken recognizes that element, and I think that is why Franken has spent so very much money on the front end of his campaign, and why so much money has been raised outside of Minnesota.
