e.p., so your saying because he is rich he should run? Thats just plain stupid. He weenied out of the race because of Angry Al. That is a good indication of his ability to make good decisions. Hell, everyone here knew Angry Al was going down long before this idiot dropped out of the race. If he runs he looses - but I guess he is getting used to that!

Mike has a successful law firm, a hugely successful charitable organization, and EVERY YEAR millions of dollars ($$$)come into the coffers of the State of Minnesota because of the Big Tobacco settlement that Mike won.

He has many choices.

Mike made a decision based on the available facts. He has still been active in the party, and has participated.

In your seller-buyer relationship, you obviously don't even want to look at what Mike could possibly be presenting in the future.

I've read many of your posts.

Ceresi would have to explain why anyone should believe he's qualified for the US Senate after he rolled over for a complete, utter bufoon like Franken.

Gonna be a tough sell.

Senor Hanson,

I don't know if your DOUBLE signature is because you are a Minnesota Twins aficionado, you miss the Mary Hartman Show, or you like Doublemint Gum!

I think that your thought is essentially correct, although I find your choice of verb(s)["had been running"] to be interesting.

After all of the tax trading among states is done, I think that it might be interesting to see how the money shifts went.

Which state, district, or insular area [territory] got how much.

el Presidente:

I thought this Ciresi fellow was a lawyer who had been running for US Senator.

As for that refund keep in mind Franken won't get back $70,000.

He'll only be able to ask for refunds on 2006 and 2005. He has missed the deadlines for 2004 (another sign of his mismangement if caught in March he would've been able to ask for 2004 refund) and earlier. Not to mention the interest and penalties will probably be bigger than his refund.

Once Franken pays the $70,000.00 [the newly hired tax team's estimation] then, Franken will be able to apply for a CREDIT on taxes OVERPAID IN MINNESOTA.

I have written this before: I think that Senor Ciresi leads a well-balanced life, and that he has many choices.
