Which means, you would need to have a brain instead of an empty space occupying the area above your shoulders to appreciate how effective of a legislator he is. For your information, he voted against putting the Legacy Act on the ballot this fall because of his objections to raising our sales tax. He is a smart moderate Democrat that will have a difficult time getting endorsed, but if he did get the endorsement, would play very well in a general election.
