"...come home to roost."

Jeremiah Wright language again. Nothing like quoting the liberal's favorite reverend again.

Oh, and before you crow to hard about "80%" of the nation against Bush....you might just look at the numbers for the Nancy Pelosi/Harry Reid Democrat/Liberal/Commie/America Hater Congress. They are always 10 points LOWER than BUSH.

The sharpest political mind in the past 25 years?

He is the guy that most of America credits with putting us way off on the wrong track. Don't know if you've noticed but about 80 percent of America disapproves of the Rove presidency.

His sharp political mind created a quagmire in the middle east that has thrown this country deep into deficit, and done little to nothing to change the face of terrorism in this world.

His sharp political mind helped convince Dick Cheney to meet in secret with the Enrons and Exxons of the world to set energy policy that has us spending $4 a gallon on gas while Big Oil reports record profits.

His sharp political mind has allowed an amazing powergrab from the presidency where constitutional rights are now secondary to the boogeyman known as homeland security.

His sharp political mind helped lead us to the verge of a recession without using his puppet in the oval office to make any adjustments to stem the tide.

His sharp political mind did actually do one thing right, though. He quit before he was forced to see the full impact of his strategies come home to roost.

Let's see...my choices are between the sharpest political mind of the past 25 years (Rove) or a lisping smut peddler who degrades women (Flynt). Wait a minute. Does Angry Al have a lisp? Perhaps they are one-in-the-same? At least the smut peddler who degrades women is accurate for both.

pigpen,

I don't remember right now; I'll go back and take a look at what Two-Putt Tommy wrote.

I do remember that VP Dick Cheney did not want to apologize for dropping the F-bomb. From the transcript Cheney did not want to apologize.

What process do you use to access MDE? Perhaps someone could help you access MnBlue by using that same process.

I give these women credit for taking this position.

Not easy in a world of moveon.org and daily kos nuts like the ones who post here. Extreme liberal men showing the REAL position of the leftists (the men running the show) towards women in this society. The term Polichick does not equal writing a piece mearly eight years ago about robotic women providing a BJ to horny middle-aged man- this man is unfit to be a US Senator.

One can hope for the same split between anti-War forces and the true feminists that occurred in the early days. "NO WAR! BUSH LIED! Make me some coffee!!"

The first female President will be a Republican.

Wow, nearly all of the Democrats representing Minnesota in Washington have admonished Franken, and now even Planned Parenthood finds him objectionable... PLANNED PARENTHOOD!

When an organization who just reported "record profits" from its abortion factory admonishes you for being objectionable, that's a problem.

All that's left is for Larry Flynt to come out saying that the article was too much even for him.

I can't get into MNBlue since I don't have a Google account, but did Tommy indicate what Senator Leahy was saying about the VP on the floor of the Senate. And than to tell VP that it was just politics.

What? Are they going to vote for Norm in November?

Abortion is an issue for the republicans. While Al is out talking about the economy, education, health care and roads, Norm will be out scaring people that illegal immigrants are going to break into their homes and light their flags on fire while having abortions and getting married to their same-sex illegal immigrant partners.

I am confident that they PP folks will raise their stink now, and then be out raising Al Franken money a week from now. Norm has been told by Bush /Cheney/Rove that he is solidly AGAINST abortion, so I assume they won't support him, or even choose to let their protests keep him in office.

From the Connie Perpich letter:

"We certainly support First Amendment rights of all Americans, but do believe these comments have gone beyond the bounds of what is appropriate for any candidate for elective office."
---------------------------------
"We...for ANY CANDIDATE for ELECTIVE office."

Perhaps CONNIE PERPICH will entertain a FRIENDLY AMENDMENT BY ADDITION [to her letter] to include those CURRENTLY HOLDING ELECTIVE OFFICE.

-1. Two-Putt Tommy's Blog on MnBlue has the transcript of Vice-President Cheney's F-bomb thrown at Senator Patrick Leahy.

-2. Governor Jesse Ventura's book, and some of his comments while in elective office.

Many National Republican U.S Senators and U.S. Representatives will be arriving in St. Paul for the Republican National Convention (RNC) very soon.

It will be an opportune time for the signers of letters to do the kind of scrutinizing that seems to be proposed on members of the RNC ["ANY candidate for elective office"].

“We…for ANY CANDIDATE for ELECTIVE office.”

Perhaps CONNIE PERPICH will entertain a FRIENDLY AMENDMENT BY ADDITION [to her letter] to include those CURRENTLY HOLDING ELECTIVE OFFICE.

-1. Two-Putt Tommy’s Blog on MnBlue has the transcript of Vice-President Cheney’s F-bomb thrown at Senator Patrick Leahy.

-2. Governor Jesse Ventura’s book, and some of his comments while in elective office.

From the Sarah Stoesz Letter:

"Issues such as unintended pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections among teens need to be raised in public forums such as Congress and the state legislature. In those discussions, locker room humor is inappropriate, these are not laughing matters."

Then it seems as though the more female oriented: "GET YOUR SEXY ON," and as seen in the GOP Convention Planning would the QUALIFY as a LAUGHING matter.

Along with shopping at the Mall of America [GOP Convention Planning with GOP letter-signer Annette Meeks being a "Polichick" at the Mall of America] at let's say Victoria's Secret.
