I love Norm’s new policy on energy.

Oh wait. He has no policies. That is the only way one can make it through nearly a full term without having a single accomplishment of which to speak.

Luckily, he has Michael to do his speaking for him.

And, luckily for all of us, Minnesotans have never really accepted a campaign built entirely on fear, (See also: Rudy Boschwitcz) so Norm will soon have all the time he needs to continue being unimpressive, and we won’t have to pay him anymore.

This is so ridiculous, I can’t believe that the campaign has turned into this. A new press release each day about jokes a guy told.

Does anyone even come to these press conferences? who cares anymore? this is gonna backfire, Minnesotans are sick of smear campaigns.

This is considered a “joke”? What a strange, perverted sense of hummor Dems supporting Franken have. Creepy actually.

Another comedy idea(s) that may be a-counting.

    What? Pat [Awada] Anderson?

    ANOTHER PERSON from EAGAN [APE].

Are we up to the Hot Half-Dozen, III [people from Eagan] yet?

You know fellow Democrats, we really shouldnt be surprised. We all knew this was coming. This is why a number of us have been saying Franken cannot be our nominee.

I agree, this shit is ridiculous, but it’s only ridiculous because we are defending our nominee. Any normal person would see he clearly is unfit for public office when he has a past of profane humor. I am all for profane humor, Al Franken makes me laugh as does almost anything that is inappropiate, but I would never publish the jokes I tell if I ever imagined an instant in my life when I would run for public office. Let alone something for Playboy. Playboy is what it is, something most find perfectly fine in privacy, but not in a public sphere. It is just isn’t appropiate.
