MN GOP MEMO PREVIEWS FRANKEN’S “DAMAGE CONTROL PLAN”

By Michael B. Brodkorb | June 6, 2008

I just received this from the Republican Party of Minnesota. I don’t believe Minnesotans will buy Team Franken’s orchestrated “damage control plan”, which is scheduled to start tomorrow.

###

Memo

To: Interested Parties

From: Ron Carey, Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman

Re: Franken Damage Control Plan: A Preview

#1.) Al Franken will give a speech tomorrow in which he does the following:

#2.) Al Franken will get endorsed on the 1st Ballot by DFL delegates who will say the following:

#3.) The Minnesota DFL Party will announce that they have come together, united behind Al Franken for the Senate, and will immediately attack Norm Coleman with distortions and personal attacks.

#4.) Chuck Schumer, the DSCC and other national liberal special interest groups will begin spending millions of dollars on slash and burn attack ads against Norm Coleman.

Just curious: do you make this up as you go along, or do you actually believe this?

Half of this is conjecture and baseless prediction, and half of this is generalities. After he gets the endorsement the DFL will attack Norm Coleman. SHOCK!

#5.) Planned Parenthood will accept his fake apology and donate to his campaign.

#6.) Betty McCollum will apologize for having attacked Angry Al’s character and endorse him with a big hug and wet kiss.

This is SO obvious. Values only matter to the DFL when they can attack the values of Republicans. DFlers have been there, done that and gotten the t-shirt.

Nothing matters more than winning to the DFL – even ignoring the failures of their candidates and falsely accusing their opposition.

You have to be a Deranged Fouled-up Liar to support Franken.

MBB/MDE: “I don’t believe that Minnesotans will buy Team Franken’s orchestrated ‘damage control plan’, which is scheduled to start tomorrow.”
    ———————————-

-1. If you “don’t believe that Minnesotans will buy” it, perhaps you are trying to sell it anyway, or hoping some Minnesotans will just happen to TAKE IT FOR FREE.

-2. If it is “orchestrated” it seems to me that I would also be hearing some violins, violas, cellos, and bass, orchestration.

-3. At what time tomorrow does this plan begin? You seem to have the preview.

-4. On MN GOP Chairperson, Ron Carey’s, point #2, “Al Franken …by DFL delegates who will say the following:”

-5. Is Chairperson Carey writing that the DFL delegates will speak together as in a choral arrangement? individually? in groups of 2′s?

-6. How does Chairperson Ron Carey know that the DFL delegates “will say the following.”

It seems to me that Ron Carey should REVIEW some things, before he decides that he can PREVIEW some things, that he has not even once VIEWED yet.

Don’t forget, the APDTCRBA will endorse Franken by Monday. … That’s the Association of Porn Dealers, Tax Cheats, Rapists and Bestiality Advocates.

It’s a small, but exclusive group. Al Franken is their Grand Pooba leader.

Hold up, how are slash and burn attacks ads from the DSCC any different from the slash and burn press releases from the MN GOP? Well, I guess no one pays attention to the MN GOP but that is one hell of a double standard. You guys can rightly attack Franken’s past comments and we get to rightly attack Coleman’s ideology that is destroying America for those who aren’t in the top 1% income bracket.

  8. Andrew Says:
    June 6th, 2008 at 9:39 PM

Hell, I’ll be generous, top 10% of the income bracket. Surely Republican policies only favor them.

  9. Chestnut Says:

“ideology that is destroying America for those who aren’t in the top 1% income bracket.”

More fairy tales. You should join Tommy and Leroy. Quite a partnership. You’re going to need an illustrator.

    Chestnut,

There are differences among: folktales, fairy tales, fantasy, etc. The more one delves into a subject the more specialized vocabulary one has to learn.

Sometimes illustrators and authors don’t meet until years after their common book has been published.

APPARENTLY, the MN GOP is meeting at 8:00 a.m. outside the steps of Mayo Civic Center for a press conference to comment on this MN GOP MEMO that PREVIEWS “FRANKEN’S DAMAGE CONTROL.”

Apparently, the MN GOP can PREVIEW things, that they have not had a VIEW of, and possibly present a REVIEW for the press.

If I find a Minnesota Department of Transportation (DOT)camera that looks at the front steps of the Mayo Civic Auditorium, or Mayo ? that might be the best seat in the State of Minnesota.

Funny, after I posted that, the thought popped in to my head that el presidente could be a good illustrator for the book of strange b.s. and fairy tales told by the likes of Andrew, Tommy and Leroy.

Thanks for chiming in el p.

Chestnut, when you posted on MDE that “APDTCPBA “will endorse Franken by Monday,” and then you posted YOUR MEANING of APDTCPBA, thoughts about “the book of strange b.s.” probably have “popped” in your head.
