FRANKEN TANKS ON “ALMANAC”
By Michael B. Brodkorb | June 13, 2008
Al Franken appeared on “Almanac” tonight. I thought Franken did a poor job, but he made a few statements that I will respond to later this weekend on Minnesota Democrats Exposed.

What kind of US Army tanks are the “Franken” tanks?
June 14th, 2008 at 2:31 am
big ones
June 14th, 2008 at 2:32 am
which aren’t responsible for the deaths of over 4000 soldiers in the last five years

MBB: …but he made a few comments that I will respond to LATER THIS WEEKEND.
———————————————
It reads as if it could be not critical in a timely manner or perhaps SMALL BORE stuff.

Tanks with various sized bores, park on astroturf with various sized blades of artificial grass and grass roots.
Reported on by a person who writes, “If you read Minnesota Democrats Exposed and can’t figure out I am a partisan Republican you are a moron.”

Septic Tanks, obviously!
June 14th, 2008 at 8:38 pm
I caught Al Franken calling into the Mark Hainey(sic) Show earlier this week. You would think after all those years in show biz he would have learned to string words together without using an ‘um, or an ‘ah’. By the end of the interview he was spouting incoherently about needing to build rail everywhere. I am afraid if he gets elected he’ll want to force me to pay to have a rail line pushed up my cul-de-sac.
Needless to say, I dont think they will be replaying that interview on AM950, but I recommend that the NARN request a copy for the next show.

Payload,
“Septic tanks, obviously!” and you’re worried about having to be forced to pay for a rail line pushed up to your cul-de sac [bottom of bag].
I would think that you’d be more worried about your water supply. Cul-de-sac are somewhat known for having problems with water supplies.

You call that tanking??!?

Hey Tommy Johnson aren’t you Two Putt Tommy? The fact that you don’t want to admit your real identity shows how credible you are!

Walter,
What a silly remark. Because a few dingdongs on here complained about Tommy going by his nickname (TwoPuttTommy), he has begun posting as his true name. Your comments are out of line. If you can’t find a worthy riposte, don’t bother.

It’s hard to tell who is worse, Franken who dodged and deflected every question with what seemed to be a recording of lame and unrelated talking points, or the softball pitching Almanac hosts who let him do it.
June 15th, 2008 at 2:02 pm
Actually, WMD, it’s because Swiftee and a few other rabidrightwingnuts thought that “outing” who I really am might intimidate me – so I called their bluff by posting under my real name.
Walter and Swiftee post their imbecilic (Walter) and disgusting (Scrotee) stuff under their real names.
I’ll give them that.

Tommy:
Thanks for saying you used your real name. Of course you ran away once again when I challenged you about Gore trying to steal the election in 2000. Part of the problem with trying to argue with you is:
* When challenge with facts you run!
* The fact that you have used multiple names creates the impression that you might do it again!
* Oh Tommy you misspelled that word (because of Mike’s concerns about language I won’t type the correct spelling adding to the garbage you wanted to throw into this debate) that applies to you and not me like you claim! After all if I’m stupid how come you can’t come up with a single fact that supports your claim that Gore had Florida stolen from him.
* To West Metro you have to understand when Tommy started his new policy it was apparently on another item which I had posted on and challenged him on it. Tommy on that post never admitted he was the same person (he ran!). He also instead of offering evidence to support his position ran! So forgive me if you thought I was being silly, but given Tommy’s history of running and not trying to use facts he had to be challenged!

Walter=dumb
June 15th, 2008 at 8:55 pm
Sorry Yoni:
You were the person who went and accused Jeb Bush of having done something to steal the election when he stepped down and recussed himself.
You went and accussed the US Supreme Court of having counted the votes and giving the election to Gore when they didn’t.
To be honest dumb = tommy johnson + Yoni
dumb doesn’t equal Walter

I thought that Franken did great in the interview.
June 16th, 2008 at 12:27 am
It is early Monday morning.
Perhaps MBB forgot about the statements on Almanac “that I will respond to later this weekend on Minnesota Democrats Exposed.”

I’m no Al Franken fan, but I’d hardly say he tanked.
It was unspectacular. He was on edge, clearly, but got his points across.
June 16th, 2008 at 2:39 am
[...] was rather surprised to hear Al Franken praise Tim Russert during his interview on “Almanac” last Friday. Franken ridicled Russert in his book “The Truth: With Jokes” from [...]

Walter: Boy Blunder stole Florida, fair ‘n square. The SCOTUS confirmed that; and when they did, all you bootlickers claimed SCOUTS could do no wrong.
Fast-forward to present, where Boy Blunder And The Plunderers are behaving so badly, even SCOTUS has to smack ‘em.
Now you bootlickers are claimin’ – as Newt “Is She Recovered Enough To Divorce?” Gingrich – are rippin’ SCOTUS.
Here’s the deal – when SCOTUS declared Boy Blunder the winner, that’s the law of the land. And now when they declare Boy Blunder wrong on habeas, that’s the law, too.

Tommy:
You still haven’t offered one shred of evidence! So where’s the beef to quote Walter Mondale! You keep running when I challenge you on this! So where’s the beef or quit your lieing on this issue!
To go to on to your second paragraph you fail to understand:
* The president had the power to hold the prisoners
* The president after the Supreme Court told them it had to be authorized got Congress to authorize.
* The Supreme Court ignored it’s own precendent (I thought that was God to them) when they ruled that German soliders who wore uniforms and weren’t possible terrorists didn’t have this right.
As for the last paragraph. Katherine Harris had already declared Bush the winner under Florida law and the rulings by the Florida Supreme Court. The Florida legislature declared Bush the winner. At worst Tommy the Supreme Court threw up the barrier that stopped Gore and the Florida Supreme Court from stealing the election. If you’re so positive that the US Supreme Court stole the election why did Gore ask and have the Florida Supreme Court reject his appeal to force Miami Dade County finish their recount.
Facts are pesky things Tommy. Of course smart people know about facts. Something you don’t.

Once again it’s in black and white Tommy has decided to run away from the facts!
