If we are using the same definition of major party candidates in the second sentence as we are in the third sentence, than it means the candidates that have been named by their party as their nominee after the primary. But, Farmfest comes before that so we make that exception. Nowhere does that mean Lord Faris has to participate. They dont mention her, they dont imply anything about her; you are just making shit up as usual.

Actually, I think the problem originates from Michael and MDE not being able to read. It’s the post that says:

“From reading their statement, it appears that Coleman would participate in the debate if Lord Faris’ was included.”

So, it’s MDE that’s speculating that this statement means he would only participate IF Lord Faris was included. Personally, I think this is just a dumb reading of that statement, or, MDE knows something we don’t… namely that Norm will in fact use this as an excuse to avoid a debate.

For the first time in this race, I think, the new Rasmussen numbers (polling done yesterday!) show Coleman’s unfavorable numbers higher than Franken’s, 39-37. Franken’s favorable numbers are now also higher than Coleman’s, 60-57.

With leaners, Franken is up 49-46!

Interesting strategy. I am quite certain that any farmers who may have supported him in the past will see this as exactly what it is, which is a sign of cowardice from an incumbent who has done nothing for one of the state’s more vital industries.

Please provide the communication made by Coleman or his campaign in which they say that they hope all of the major party candidates would be invited.

Also, Coleman or his campaign needs to explain what it considers the major parties to be.

I am assuming that we can infer from this so-called communication to the Farmfest organizers that Coleman will not be participating in this event if his expectation that “all of the major party candidates” be invited is not met.
