WILL LORD FARIS BE INVITED TO FARM FEST? #4
By Michael B. Brodkorb | July 23, 2008
Jack Uldrich, Independence Party candidate for the U.S. Senate, responded to my e-mail about the upcoming Farm Fest debate.
Uldrich wrote that while former U.S. Senator Dean Barkley and Stephen Williams (Independence Party endorsed) will be participating, he was excluded from the debate. I am still waiting for a response from Team Franken.
Please check back to Minnesota Democrats Exposed for more information on this developing story.

Will Robin Hood be invited to advertise flour?

Michael,
for the sake of full disclosure, are you employed by Lord Farris also? you certainly have posted enough updates about a non-story.
where are the posts about Jack Shepard being at Farm Fest, he could debate via satellite.
And it sounds like Norm is trying to skip out on the State Fair debate, what a putz. Is he that scared to debate Franken on the issues?

Imagine that - Team Franken not responding to a query from a guy that’s a paid consultant for Erik Paulsen.
Who’da thunk??!?

Brodkorb, are you really that dumb? I know you write a lot of words on this blog but at least try to keep your stories straight and consistent with each other. What exactly are you waiting for Franken to respond to?
You reported that Lord Faris said that she was told that she could not participate in the debate. Coleman, Franken, Barkley and Williams are in. Farm Fest is, obviously, a sexist organization. We are still waiting for Coleman to denounce them for being sexist and demeaning to women and refuse to participate in their debate as a result. So far, the silence from Coleman on this has been deafening (I am sure heads are still rolling from the Rasmussen poll from yesterday and they are frantically filming a few more bowling commercials). So, Coleman’s decision to continue to participate in a debate run by a sexist group is a clear sign that he is at least as sexist as Franken. I expected more from a sitting US Senator.
Mikey, as you wrote, the only thing that Team Franken has said no to was the invitation from Lord Farris to a series of three one-on-one debates. They have not said anything about who should or should not be in the Farm Fest debates.
We are still waiting for a response from Team Coleman. Is he as sexist as Franken?

No, I am not blogging from Team Franken’s office. I am not affiliated with any campaign.

This is the “U.S. Senate candidate forum at Farmfest”. The key word is “candidate”. There is the Democratic candidate, the Republican candidate, the Independence Party candidate, and an Independent.
The way you make it sound, we should let Hillary into the Presidential debates even though she is not a candidate on the ballot.
We do not support any candidate as a company. Sure, we all have our own personal opinion and I would have loved to see Lord Faris get your nomination.
As for you saying that we are a sexist organization, I take offence to that considering that the president of our tradeshow division is a woman as well as 50% of our sr. management team and employees here in our MN office.
Please don’t be the “my minds made up, don’t confuse me with the facts”, guy. It makes you look bad.
