In other news… KSTP conducted its latest SurveyUSA/KSTP poll using the republican protesters as their sample.

  2. Leroy Jenkins Says:

Gee. If I am Obama, and I have the choice of seeing Ron Carey’s fat mug on the local television news with some giant metal sexual probe in the background and an extra $2 milion in my pocket, or no Ron Carey, no sexual probe in the background and no $2 million, I know which I would take.

Has McCain even raised $2 million in Minnesota yet this campaign cycle? Obama just did it in an evening.

The economy is so bad Leroy, only Democrats have that kind of money to fritter away.

  4. Leroy Jenkins Says:

What are you talking about? Exxon posted another quarter of record profits the other day. I thought the republican line was that as long as the oil executives are doing well, it will all eventually trickle back down to the rest of us.

Or could it be that Minnesota, as a microcosm for America, is not getting at all excited about the prospects of voting for their senile grandpa for president?

Can someone please tell me why Obama voted for Cheney’s energy bill?

    McCain voted against it.

This stunt would have made more sense before Senator McCain made it clear that he agrees with Senator Obama.

  7. Leroy Jenkins Says:
    August 7th, 2008 at 5:15 PM

Maybe that was the plan. To support McCain’s (stolen) energy policy.

I still don’t see what a huge metal dildo has to do with energy…

  8. bowhuntdude Says:

    mrw,
He agrees that we should inflate our tires. He doesn’t agree that savings from inflating tires will be the equivalent to what we can produce from off-shore drilling.

  9. bowhuntdude Says:
    August 7th, 2008 at 6:46 PM

    Leroy,
Does everything long and cylindrical resemble a dildo to you? Might be a Freudian slip you got there; I’d get it checked out.

  10. Abraxia Says:

    Leroy sez:

    >Exxon posted another quarter of record profits the other day.

And the recent stories out say:

“Exxon employees have donated more money to OBAMA than to McCain.”

Who’s the one taking oil money now? Exxon is Exxon, whether it’s the workers or the bosses.

Tire gauges – Yes We Can!

During the Republican convention, Barack is going to fly over to Switzerland (think how big his carbon footprint will be) and have a similar fundraiser with George Clooney.

I guess that’s what citizens of the world do.

Obama is going to catch so much flack over the trip. The comedians are going to have a riot with it. “This is the moment the Ocean’s 11 began to rise.” “Is Switzerland the 58th state?”

  12. Eva Young Says:
    August 7th, 2008 at 10:24 PM

I’d like to get one of these tire guages. I’d put it on sale on EBay.

  13. Yoni C. Says:
    August 7th, 2008 at 11:43 PM

    Abraxia,

Who’s the one taking oil money now? Exxon is Exxon, whether it’s the workers or the bosses.

that’s just retarded. you think the oil workers and the execs have the same motives, what next Braxia, are you going to claim that Exxon shared their record profits with not only their execs but the blue collar workers also? HA HA

(hope Big Brother lets this comment slide)
