Madia just tells people what they wants to hear, so you should like him a lot. If you look at the thing’s he’s said in front of liberal audiences you will get a much different picture.

and for those of you that were criticizing mark kennedy using “cpa” designation. that is allowed by mn statute. he just could not practice as a cpa unless he was licensed which meant paying his fees and obtaining sufficient continuing ed. if you pay your fees to mn board of accountancy you can still use cpa designation. incidentally kennedy has paid his fees and continues to do so–his license # is 6328.

you smoking some mighty fine crack, michael. it is not against the law or disrespectful to let your license lapse. when a lawyer stops practicing and has no interest in being a member of the bar anymore, then you can simply stop paying and forfeit your license. it would only be illegal if he was continuing to practice after June 2008 (when his license expired without renewal).
