Is she starting to show in any poles?
I read far more about her here then I have found anywhere else.

Personally, I hope she gets noticed. I read most of her web site and she has sane logical positions when compared to Al. I donâ€™t agree with most of her positions but her attitude (a least in writing) is refreshing.

A solid sane debate is good for all of us.

Is that the same Mike Ciresi who couldn’t connect with the voters or round up any delegates?

Face it. He is a nice guy, has some good ideas, but he is not willing to do the work necessary to win.

People can cry and moan about what could have been, but bottom line, he has run twice, failed twice, and now it is time for him to acknowledge that politics was a passing fancy and move on.

If you want Norm Coleman in the Senate, vote for Norm Coleman. If you want Norm Coleman to move to LA for good, vote for Al Franken.

It doesn’t matter whether she wins or he does, the DFL is pretty well trashed in this race already. They were done when Mike Ciresi dropped out.

I like how her campaign has a single issue, her personal ideas on electability. Anyone who allows themselves to be used like such a tool of the republicans probably is not the one I want to see making political decisions like this.

The good thing is, when she loses in the primary, and she will, that will provide a whole new unified block of voters who will have to decide if Al Franken is really as bad a Norm Coleman.

Lord Faris’s participation in Lori Swanson’s February 20, 2008 union-busting PR stunt ought to be a major turnoff for any DFL voter. (See comment #5 to yesterday’s post about the Strib’s report on Lord Faris).
