MCCAIN CAMPAIGN RELEASES VIDEO ASKING WHY CLINTON WASN’T PICKED BY OBAMA

By Michael B. Brodkorb | August 25, 2008

Senator John McCain’s presidential campaign has released a new video asking why Senator Clinton was not chosen by Senator Obama to be his running mate.  This ad is about getting the Clinton and Obama supporters to fight and resent each other. I love it.

If McCain is this worried about Hillary’s future, why doesn’t HE pick her?

Let me get this straight… The McCain campaign put out one video talking about how much Biden (the guy he picked to be VP) criticized Obama, then they put out another ad saying he didn’t pick Hillary because she criticized him. Speaking of “off message,” its helpful to pick one.

I love it too. Given how ham-handed and blatantly idiotic it is, it’s sure to help party cohesion.

Also, if you’re trying to stir up dissent, you should do it with the faux-PUMAs. At least there’s plausible deniability there. Sheesh, you guys used to be good at this stuff. What happened?

Yeah, Obama could never select Hillary. He wants to amplify the limp-dickness of his credentials, not off-set them. Obama/Biden (aka Blowhard & Blowharder) is next gen Carter/Mondale… only more so.

Didn’t Carter Mondale win the first time?

He didn’t pick Hillary because he’s still running against her. Thanks to her ruthless and inept campaign, the GOP has a book full of negatives on Obama all starring Hillary Clinton.

Or, maybe they didn’t vet her because Bill has spent the last few taking money and arranging deals for every podunk dictator who could scrounge up the dough. Or, maybe he didn’t want her burning through his cash by wasting it on Dunkin Donuts.

“Didn’t Carter Mondale win the first time?”

They sure did. By a slim margin. And that doesn’t prevent Carter/Mondale from having a secure hold on title of worst administration in history.

“He didn’t pick Hillary because he’s still running against her.”

Probably. And frankly, I’m glad he didn’t choose her. It’s bad enough that that elitist, do nothing could be president without having the potential of having someone who has ridden her husband’s coat tails her whole life being a heartbeat a way.

“Thanks to her ruthless and inept campaign, the GOP has a book full of negatives on Obama all starring Hillary Clinton.”

Inept to be sure. Ruthless? Hardly. You’re killing the messenger for pointing out the glaring weaknesses of Barak Obama — a man who has not one accomplishment to his name, who has barely a scintilla of intelligence and who so severely lacks judgment on every issue foreign and domestic.

In short, I’m looking forward to the debates. Obama turned down debating McCain throughout the election season for a reason — he’s awful at it.

Funny that Obama ran scared from the town halls too… that phony blowhard actually had the “audacity” to challenge McCain to a debate at one point… until McCain took him up on it.

    Obama/Biden
Stuffed suit, hair plugs, empty rhetoric.

    Obama/Biden
Done nothing, did nothing, do nothing.

    Obama/Biden
No brains, no knowledge, no judgment.

    Obama/Biden
One ego, one plagiarist, one disaster.

  9. Danno Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 10:27 AM

Haha.. Elitist, Chestnut? McCain doesn’t even know how many homes he has, and you’re talking about Obama being elitist?

At least there’s one thing I get out of this blog. Laughs.

Nor did Barack Obama marry a much younger woman who was RICH that was his MISTRESS, or have an handicapped and ailing wife who waited five years for him to return from a war to resume their marriage.

Enough nasty things can be said about the Obama/Biden ticket already and the whining from the GOP that Obama did not select Hillary Clinton as his VP so that the McCain campaign could sling even more dirt at him in ads.

The fact of the matter remains that McCain said on Chris Matthews Hard Ball College tour that he had a great deal of respect for Barack Obama and that he was going to “run a respectful campaign.” Cindy McCain also stated on the TODAY show that “there will be nothing negative and nasty coming from our side.”

Nothing I have seen so far from the McCain campaign recently resembles anything close to respectful.

    August 25th, 2008 at 11:14 AM

    Kathy,
You’ll appreciate this: You reap what you sew.

Obama took this campaign into the gutter. It’s good to see that McCain won’t let that jerk get away with it.

By the way — do you want some libel, with that stupidity?

  12. Chestnut Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 11:19 AM

    Hey Danno,
Yeah, it’s true. Obama owns just one home. A multi-million dollar mansion that he couldn’t afford without a sweetheart mortgage deal… and some political kickbacks to convicted felon and Obama best-friend Tony Rezko.

One has to wonder how Barak Obama, who has no accomplishments of note in his lifetime, found a publisher for his first autobiography… who’s propping up that stuffed suit?

  13. Chestnut Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 11:21 AM

Barak Obama and his America-hating wife are the quintessential definition of “the soft bigotry of low expectations.”

    Chesty!!!!

You never cease to amaze me with your eloguence!!! What I get from you is a barrel of laughs!!! A reason to let a howl escape me.

Thanks for the hilarity you provided for me today. My pinkie finger possesses more intelligence than what is contained in your entire, self contained microorganism you call a body.

    Have a nice day!!! :)

  15. Chestnut Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 11:39 AM

Yeah Kathy, laughter is usually what comes out when the truth hits a little too comfortably close to home.

The funny thing about Barak Obama is that he actually challenged McCain to a debate. Then when McCain suggested they campaign together and conduct many town hall style debates, Obama chickened out.

Without a script, the man who has never accomplished anything in his life shows up… and the more people see that do-nothing boob, the faster his popularity diminishes.

That freak show in Denver this week should make for interesting theater.

  16. Chestnut Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 11:41 AM

If it weren’t for quotas, Barak and Michelle would be flipping burgers.

  17. Kathy Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 11:45 AM

The “freak show” will be taking place in St. Paul. I will be out of the state on vacation at that time.

    Lucky me!!!

  18. Chestnut Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 11:54 AM

“The “freak show” will be taking place in St. Paul.”

That’s more of a side show. Good news is, the Ramsey County jail preparations are nearly complete. I also hope law enforcement has stocked up on rubber bullets and air fresheners.

Hillary wasn’t picked because Barry doesn’t want to wear head to toe body armor for the rest of the campaign and if elected the next four years.

If it weren’t for quotas, Barak and Michelle would be flipping burgers.

    There it is folks.
More bigotry from the most likely source on here.

Where did a quota help them achieve the feat of graduating at the top of their classes in Princeton, Columbia and Harvard? Seems to me if you do that, you belonged there more so than at least everybody below you.

The quota of Obama taking a 11,000/yr organizing job to help the unemployed find work, instead of a several wall street offers at six figures? That quota?

Oh, you mean the quota of getting into the Naval Academy on your grandfathers and fathers accomplishments and then graduating at the bottom of the class proving your ass was just taking up space?

Or showing how much you learned by destroying plane after plane after leaving the Naval Academy and flight training?

    Damn quotas!

You’re in over your head Johnny Lunchbox. Get off the boss’ computer ChinNuts.

    Yes ansel,
I am hoping with you that McCain takes his cues from a known, convicted and admitted drug addict. The voice of the conservative movement.

    Hey Danno,
Yeah, it’s true. Obama owns just one home. A multi-million dollar mansion that he couldn’t afford without a sweetheart mortgage deal… and some political kickbacks to convicted felon and Obama best-friend Tony Rezko.

Don’t let truth slow your roll there ChinNuts:
1.Asking price for the house was not multi-millions it was 1.6 million. In a sealed bid, the Obamas got it for 1.3 million.
    2. The price paid for one-sixth of the adjoining lot was exactly one-sixth of the price paid for the entire lot less than a year earlier.
    3. Rexco was not convicted on anything that had to do with Barack Obama.
    4. How can he be his best friend when you already assigned that to Ayers, and before him it was Wright? Which one of these guys are best friend with Obama, or is it Gail who really isn’t best friends with Oprah anymore.

    This is all you have?
So angry yet you can’t get that gerbil to spin the wheel faster so you can spit something intelligent out in a timely manner.

  24. Chestnut Says:
    August 25th, 2008 at 3:41 PM

Hey Ziggy dog shit, how many months did Obama have that organizing/agitating job for 11k/yr? What did he accomplish? What job did he take after those months?

Hint: The answers to the first two questions are in single digits… or zero. The answer to the third question is who knows, but he accomplished nothing in that position either.

Re: Obamanothing’s friends… his closest circle of best friends is filled with terrorists, race-baiters, hate-mongers and anti-American trash… kinda like you.
