Pallin has so many problems it is amazing. She uses her office to fire people for personal reasons. Now it comes out today that she apparently is forcing her pregnant teen daughter’s boyfriend to marry her for political appearances sake. And then we find out that she tried to kill off her own baby. Disappeared medical records. Giving a speech and then taking a 16 hour flight while in labor, and then bypassing the Anchorage hospitals in order to go to one where she has connections.

Of course, these stories will disappear thanks to a press that gives McCain a pass on every misstep. (Why oh why does the press love him so much?)

John Mccain’s mother is still alive at 98 years old. A couple of months ago his doctor releases thousands of pages of medical records (thousands more than Bill Clinton ever disclosed). It’s quite likely that Mccain has a long healthy life and can easily serve eight years unless is there an assassination attempt you know about that the sercet service doesn’t know about.

I liked the Palin because I like non-DCers for Pres/Vice Pres, give me State Govs anyday, rather than people who work DC. Look at the past elections, Gov Carter, Gov Reagan, non-Gov Bush, Gov Clinton, Gov Bush. People like candidates with executive experience, and Palin has more than anyone else.

Like or dislike the past presidents I really don’t care, having someone in the office who has run something is a feature I support. Obame should have picked the Gov of Kansas….

The problem you overlook is there is a document called the constitution (obviously you didn’t think I heard of the Senate so it’s obvious you don’t know of the existence of this document). It spefically creates an executive branch, a legislative branch, and a judical branch. A problem we have today is that judges think they are legislators! And that if the legislative branch tries to override them they are ruled illegal. Take a look at the California Supreme Court where four judges thought they were supperior to millions of California people and than said the people of California couldn’t get a chance to override the court first. The type of judges Obama support are like those four judges who are wrong. The three judges which Obama don’t like are doing the job correctly!

So the fact that you don’t understand the constitution let alone proper speech shows just how unqualified you are. It’s too bad you get a vote to offset my vote come November.

Your drilling argument falls flat though, because even if you drill new areas, it will do very little, if anything, to lower prices. Prices are set on the global market and in large part are dictated by OPEC. The only people who will profit are the oil companies and the residents of Alaska.

Of course she supports drilling since her residents get thousands of kick backs per year on it and I believe her husband worked for an oil company. Because of their significant natural resources and small population, it makes it very easy for Alaska to balance the budget. With all the corrupt jerks up there, she only had to do a minimal job for people to love her.

Yes I’ve heard of the US Senate. You are aware that Obama promised that he will oppose the FISA, but changed his mind. You are aware that he offered to help John Mccain writing an ethics reform bill and walked away from it. His service in the Senate clearly demonstrates he will take the country in the wrong direction.

The reason why she supports drilling is it’s because it’s good for the country. You drive to a gas station in a car. You car operates on gasoline. You apparently have decided that you don’t want to have gasoline available and to walk to work. Yes the citizens of Alaska benefit because the state wisely gives their oil revenues to the people. You know my sister has a Harvard Law degreee so I know some Harvard Law Degree lawyers. Just having a law degree from Harvard doesn’t make you qualified aka Al Franken. Explain to me this executive experience? Does anyone really think McCain can make the argument that Obama is not ready to be commander in chief, but his VP candidate, a 44 year old < 2 year governor of Alaska and former small town mayor with a journalism degree is? She’s certainly not head and shoulders more qualified as a < 4 year senator, state legislator, community organizer, with a harvard law degree.

I’m not saying she’s a bad pick, a bad person, or even a not qualified. I’m saying McCain’s best argument against Obama was experience, and, he severely cut the legs off that argument with this pick. Perhaps the calculus is that she creates new arguments, but, experience is gone.

As for experience at the top of the ticket, the problem for McCain is that a lot of people think he won’t last 4 years. People expect the VP to be capable to be taking the reins on day one as well. McCain can’t say Palin is ready to take the presidency on day one and then claim Obama isn’t.
