Hum. That’s my home airport.

It’s nice to know that Mccain campaign is on the ball. Two polls come out in one day that says that Minnesota is competitive. I haven’t seen any Obama commercials in a long time. They must have been counting on that large lead and their vaunted ground game.

i printed out my ticket–anybody know if they are going to provide buses since the airport is all fenced in?
September 14th, 2008 at 11:39 PM
Will the St. Paul police be federalized once again to arrest any dissenters who make their way to said fence?
September 14th, 2008 at 11:54 PM
that’s less then 5 minutes from my house. pwnage.

Maybe we can get as many protesters as there was in Alaska. In Sarah Palin’s home state where she is so”loved”, they had the largest protest rally in history. This ticket is such a joke. They have done nothing but lie and distort their record. If this ticket of McCain and Palin is “change” I have a bridge to nowhere to sell you!
September 15th, 2008 at 2:50 AM
Hmmm, largest protest rally in history? Not only is the Obama Media lost all credibility but the Obamamaniacs are a tad prone to delusions.
I’ve got my tickets!

I like how when Obama comes to town, he needs a hockey arena, and even then it isn’t big enough. But when the endorsed republican candidate, and his mute eye candy of a running mate come, they gotta push a Cesna aside to fit 30 chairs into a hangar at the Blaine airport.
This certainly doesn’t seem like the location of choice for a confident candidate.

Leroy asked: “Will the St. Paul police be federalized once again to arrest any dissenters who make their way to said fence?”
We can only hope so. It was great fun watching the fruitcakes scatter like leaves in the wind as soon as one of the loonys got some pepperspray in his pie hole. I understand that some of the nuts from the Convention are still in the slammer and facing some serious charges. Sweet!
September 15th, 2008 at 7:48 AM
Yeah, they’re are going to have to push a lot of Cesna’s aside when McCain and Palin come to the airport. And forget about the chairs. It will be standing room only.
Don’t believe me? Check out their little get together at the Colorado Springs airport a week ago:

“like how when Obama comes to town, he needs a hockey arena”
Yeah, there are a lot of Minnesota Democrats who’ve never seen a black guy before.
September 15th, 2008 at 7:54 AM
I have my tickets, and have been spreading the word- I already have about 8 people coming along.
Leroy- McCain doesn’t need to provide a free concert beforehand by a popular leftie band to get people to see him.
There will be at least 20,000 there if not more.

[...] That’s sort of what it sounds like. What sort of a weird event is this? Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin will be visiting Minnesota for a campaign rally on Friday. The event will be held at a hangar at the Anoka County – Blaine Airport. (via Minnesota Democrats Exposed) [...]

I wonder when the Strib might decide this is a newsworthy event? I printed my ticket last night, I will be bringing my kids to brainwash them into the vast right-wing conspiracy.
September 15th, 2008 at 8:10 AM
I wonder if Dave Thune and his comrades will show up to throw excrement and break things……
September 15th, 2008 at 8:24 AM
Poor Jane. How does it feel going through life imagining you are a victim of business people or by proxy the Republican Party? Because as long as you do, you’ll just be another loser holding a protest, trying to infringe on other’s rights to free speech, instead of a proud citizen of the greatest country on earth.

“Palin’s home state where she is soâ€lovedâ€, they had the largest protest rally in history.”
This comment is a joke, right? The few hundred whack-a-doos who showed up to this rally were dwarfed by the thousands who showed up to support Palin.
Gimme a break.
September 15th, 2008 at 8:28 AM
“Palin’s home state where she is so “loved”.”
Yeah, she’s got an 86 percent approval rating. Who gives a shit what you moon-bat idiots pretending to speak for “Alaska women” have to say.
Here’s a clue: You speak only for yourselves. And the rest of us don’t care what you have to say.
September 15th, 2008 at 8:58 AM
Well said Allen.

Right Leaning Rasmussen would disagree:

I don’t know, but if the “dissenters” plan again to throw urine, feces and HIV+ blood onto law enforcement officers, I would say so.
September 15th, 2008 at 9:46 AM
I’m glad you got a ticket, Flash.
If you forego the morning kool-aid and keep your pie hole shut, you just might learn something!
*laughing*
Probably not.

Loris-
Is there a single example of any RNC protesters throwing any of the items you mentioned?
September 15th, 2008 at 11:02 AM
Leroy, who knows. Thank God law enforcement was able to prevent some of that just a few days prior to the convention.
September 15th, 2008 at 11:16 AM
Leroy asks: “Is there a single example of any RNC protesters throwing any of the items you mentioned?”
Don’t know, but thankfully there were several arrested by the cops before the protest. That is damn good investigative police work.
September 15th, 2008 at 11:35 AM
What did the cops prevent? They confiscated a couple of buckets of gray water that were sitting next to a toilet. Some people actually conserve water by capturing used shower and dish water, and reusing it to flush toilets. The speed with which this story was recklessly reported to be urine was matched by the speed with which the owners of said graywater were released without charges.
I know conservation is scary for republicans, but when did it become a criminal offense?
September 15th, 2008 at 11:43 AM
They confiscated, urine, feces, caltraps, shields, clubs, rocks, bricks, guns and molotov cocktails to name a few.
Quite a well armed bunch…these anti-war protesters….
September 15th, 2008 at 11:48 AM
Leroy, why do you even infest this blog? You come across as someone with either little or no life whose sole identity is found in attacking those that don’t think exactly like you. I’m sure you fit right in with fellow Democrats though so why don’t you go hang with them and stop invading every post with your disgusting and laughable attacks.
September 15th, 2008 at 11:56 AM
Nice try, but they found several 5-gallon buckets filled with urine, feces, Molotov cocktails, smoke bombs, shields, ignitable liquid, and detailed How-To-Revolt instruction manuals.
Yeah, I guess you’re right. Nothing to worry about, just move on. They are your typical next door neighbor. (Ward and June Cleaver along with Beaver and Wally)

Did we forget wrist-rockets with marbles and golfballs? and the 50 lb. bags of cement they threw off freeway bridges into traffic?
September 15th, 2008 at 12:22 PM
According to today’s Strib, several nutcases are to appear in court today to face charges that include the hurling of human waste…and no, no one managed to heft Cheeto boy…
September 15th, 2008 at 12:25 PM
I can understand that having buckets of raw sewage sitting around the house may be commonplace for guys like Leroy and his ilk. But for 90% of American citizens, a plumber would have made that disgusting experience avoidable.
September 15th, 2008 at 1:45 PM
How many DWIs do you have Swiftee? What does your rap sheet look like, you bucket of human waste?
September 15th, 2008 at 2:10 PM
Heh…another big mouthed, anon-a-bat keyboard commando. Or is that you testing out a new hidey hole, Leroy?
I thought I told you to go sit by your dish, punk.
September 15th, 2008 at 3:29 PM
Fine. You say it is true. Fine me one person CHARGED in the court system with possession of human waste with intent to use.
ONE. Shouldn’t be hard. You all seem to think it is true.
September 15th, 2008 at 4:33 PM
Leroy, It is true and you appear to be in denial. You never were credible…
September 15th, 2008 at 5:37 PM
Leroy,
…. if you and Dave Thune want to continue to support and defend the actions of the gutless anti-war rioters who hid behind their hoods and bandanas and attacked cops and the public…that’s your right…but it did happen…..
You deny the holocaust too?

Leroy says the “final solution” was misunderstood. He thinks the “final solution” is a cheater’s guide to mastering the Rubik’s Cube.
