So if your assault on the jounralistic integrity of KSTP depends on what one of its anchors did more than a decade ago and a story she wasn’t even involved in, me doth thinks thy case is a bit flimsy.

She also served as Director of Communications for the Minnesota Department of Transportation and as Communications Director for Republican Norm Coleman.

Now Madia’s got his union goon friends backing the Patriot Midwest Majority 527 to air even sleazier ads.

I’m sorry, did the ad actually come from Madia’s campaign? Oh wait, no, it didn’t. Whether or not the ad is accurate or not (I haven’t actually had the chance to watch the KSTP story) it has no connection to Madia and more than Coleman has a connection to the various ads being run against Franken.

Umm.. wasn’t the theme of McCain’s acceptance speech about entirely about how he understands the phrase country first because of his experience in the military?

I don’t remember McCain explaining that he didn’t understand a word because he was in the Navy.

The boy candidate can’t answer a debate question without hiding behind his old uniform, and can’t win an election without his DCCC parents stepping in to sleaze his opponent.

In that case I think that NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, NPR, CNN, and FOX 9 ANCHOR Alix Kendal should all have disclaimers as well.

Well, let’s be fair to Paulsen, he will still VOTE for the conservative right when given the opportunity, he’s just going to avoid talking about those issues so he sounds more moderate.

Madia used that record to portray Paulsen as to the right of retiring Rep. Ramstad, who has a moderate record on social issues.

“I want a clear answer to the question on whether Erik voted to fund the teaching of intelligent design in public schools, and I’d also like to know the context of the amendment to our state’s constitution about gay marriage,” Madia said.

And Dillon piled on.

“Erik has come out of the right wing of the Republican Party, and it’s part of why I’m not a Republican anymore,” Dillon said.

Paulsen has acknowledged he is more conservative than Ramstad, but he said social issues where never his top priority in the Legislature.

“I’ve been successful because I don’t focus on those types of issues,” said Paulsen. “I focus on what matters to people, but I’m not going to run away and not vote on how I might believe on an issue. I’m going to stand up and be counted and be principled. Maybe you’re hearing from the others that they won’t.”

It’s amazing how many of rightwingnut republiCons are abandoning their heritage, and running for the moderate middle.

I’m betting the electorate will see dipsticks like Paulsen as the frauds they are.

Well, except the bootlickers in the electorate – such as you, TRUM.

You can’t have it both ways. Either you support despicable people for office, and weather the ads reminding you every few years how despicable the person is, or you support good people for office, and don’t have to suffer said fate.

Really? An ad that claims he didn’t vote for the Vets GI bill and voted for a golf course is the most despicable ads you’ve ever seen? Have you even seen the ads in the senate or presidential races?
