It means that McCain needs to win a medium sized blue state somewhere if he hopes to be comepetitive in the electoral vote and he's aiming at MN and WI and Obama is going to have to respond. Just means we're being targetted, not that Obama isn't favored. Although polls do show a close race, I highly doubt that Obama manages to jumps up in every poll in every bg state (did you see him up 10% in Virginia, holy shit) and then not MN. Makes no sense.
