Reader: I served proudly for our country. I live in another state that is loaded with Democrates. I discussed with Sen. Coleman @ Bixby’s the abuses and corruption of a federal government agency. Sen. Coleman told me (a concern for every American) the matter be looked into and showed concern to the extent of the taxpayers’ money is spent on an agency that has gone beyond the intent of Congress. Sen. Coleman should be reelected. Sen. Coleman shares the concerns of all Americans.

Let’s see…..Rammer holds a presser, complaining about distortions and ads that are lies; next thing ya know, there’s an ad out showing ads supporting Coleman’s are distortions and lies.

WCCO’s Reality Check calls GOPer ads:

“His profanity laced anger followed by violent outbursts,” said the announcer in a National Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee ad.

This appears to be a deliberate DISTORTION.”

Somebody better call The Rammer…..

The RNC ad that this Franken ad ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ljrh72Qy1tw ) responds to is the reason. The ad in question wasn’t Norm’s ad, but he’s the one who takes the heat for it. He doesn’t want this to happen again.

Wow! Norm has finally admitted that his negative campaign was not working.

What is he going to do with all his free time? Concentrate on the economy like John Mccain did(not)during his briefly suspended campaign?

If Norm doesn’t stay negative, he may not break double digits.

Wow. Norm Coleman is pulling all of his negative ads for one reason and one reason only. He is out of money!!!!! He doesn’t have enough money to keep running as many ads as he has been so he has to cut his ads by about 90%. It is a sad day at Team Coleman.

Of course he knows that his call for the support ads to do the same will fall on deaf ears. Those ads will continue in earnest and will probably increase to fill the void left by Norm pulling his negative ads. Remember….Norm can’t control those ads…Nudge nudge…wink wink…say no more.

As far as Brodkorb…I think Coleman pretty much put him out to pasture. Didn’t he say this week that nobody should listen to bloggers or respond to anything they say. Poor Mikey.

Good, I’m glad. This is an admirable move by Coleman. It’s a bit late, after one of the nastiest campaigns in the country, but better late than never.

If there’s one thing Dean Barkley can contribute to this race, apparently, it will be to make Franken and Coleman “go positive.”

I do have to say that the cynical side of me reads the text as an indication that Coleman knows of a big independent expenditure coming. With any luck, that’s just me being paranoid, and we’ll actually have a civil debate for the next 3 weeks.
