BREAKING NEWS: COLEMAN ENDORSED BY ROCHESTER POST-BULLETIN

    By Michael B. Brodkorb | October 27, 2008

We endorse Sen. Norm Coleman for another term in the U.S. Senate. We applaud his opposition to drilling in the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge, and we admire the fact that he’s played a key role in creating a new national energy policy. We also are impressed with his efforts to make sure that Minnesota’s soldiers have all the help they need when they return from service overseas.

In a second term, however, we expect more from Coleman. In our interview with him, we saw a quieter man, a somewhat humbler Norm Coleman than we’d seen before. One who declared that our current crisis demands leaders who put ideology aside to get things done.” Source: Rochester Post-Bulletin, October 27, 2008

Angry Al…swirling around the bowl…going down.

Couldn’t happen to a more deserving creature on Earth.

Is there a MN newspaper, newsletter, class bulletin, anything that’s endorsed the potty-mouthed, dirty-minded, porn-writing tax cheat yet?

Thanks again, DFL of Minnesota. You nominated the least qualified, most polarizing candidate of all time.

Joe: I just looked at Al’s website and nary a newspaper endorsement. I repeat my earlier comment: “bye, bye, Al”.

When a Dem can’t get one Minnesota paper behind him, in a state that has no lack of Red Rags, things are tough.

‘Course, many of the reasons they support Norm are reasons I don’t like him but still…

I still haven’t seen a You tube yet on Angry Al referring to “Barak Osama” in last Friday’s debate. That should make for a primo campaign commercial, especially after the media hubbub over Michelle Bachmann’s Ms. NBC gaffe. Save it for the last days before the election, I guess.

BTW: The liberal-progressive-democrats cites as proof of Michelle Bachmann’s “derangement” that she predicted a return to $2 a gallon gas. You can get a link from my http://55406.com but gas is now $2.06 per gallon. I’m confident that the liberal-progressive-democrats will owe us an apology before the election for doubting Michell Bachmann. (hint: This can make for a good pro-Bachmann ad).

…and yet Al still leads in just about every poll out there. What does this say about how weak Norm Coleman is as an incumbent?

all these endorsements (other than mn daily-ha!ha!) have one big impact no one is talking about: they hurt barkley big time. impact of that is barkley polling drops to 10-15%.

franken has never made it above 40% and i suggest that is where he ends up. the question then becomes a race between norm getting 40+ or barkley getting 20+.

i would put my money on norm.

      Ansel, you should take Barkley.

As I’ve said many times, it really doesn’t matter who wins between Franken and ol’ Smokescreen; a Democrat will get elected.

And deep down in your heart, you know that if it’s 59 Democrats, and we offer Norm a Committee Chair if he flipflops back to the light, you know – KNOW – that ol’ Smokescreen’s liable to do it!

That’s the beauty of The Chameleon; if you don’t agree with him today, don’t worry – he’ll change!

Hey! a lot of people have invested in Norm and want to see some return on their investment.

Big Pharm is just part of the crowd.
