Noone knows themselves to be a “right-wing MFer”. Anyone who seriously thought that would seek change. I will accept the final recount result no matter who ends up on top. that is the only attitude of anyone with self respect, regardless of party.

Listen, Bush won, I do not dispute that. Gore asked for selected counts, that was the recount that was going on and stopped by the supreme court that if carried out would still show a Bush victory.

There are a few different stories out there, but they all came to the same conclusions. Had the recount stopped by the Supreme court continued, Bush wins. BUT, if the whole state would have been recounted, never undertaken and never supported by Gore himself, Gore wins. Oh the irony:

Now this is only germain in that we don;t have that problem here in MN. We have a set criteria to determine voter intent, and stated method in carrying out a recount, and because of the fine work by former SoS Joan Growe there is virtually no jurisdiction by a court of law in the recount process.

My Senator wuill be the individual who is finally awarded the election following the statutory recount.

Yes they did, and Bush said any recount should be the whole state. But here is the irony. Those ballots were counted by an independent media pool and know what they discovered. That if Gore’s recount would have been allowed to be carried out, Bush still wins by 225. BUT if the entire state would have been recounted, a task never undertaken, Gores wins by 171

There are, at present count, slightly more people who believe Norm Coleman would be the best senator for Minnesota. We are interested in the count of those people, only if they are legal voters in the state of Minnesota who expressed those votes dutifully on legal ballots. And we hope that SOS Ritchie executes his duties to make that count of legal votes on legal ballots in a fair, secure and transparent process.
