As for the 32 votes, we don’t know how they break down, but from watching the numbers on Monday, specifically the HPN county ones, it looks like those votes broke down 19 – 13 but that is extrapolating based on number movement. I ma on record saying those votes should have been set aside for the state canvassing board to decide. The same with the 400+ ballots which is what the judge ruled.

It be nice if the Coleman Camp would join Team Franken in respecting the law and the process as laid out be statute. But it is clear they have no respect for the rule of law. Shameless, with MikDEceit leading the way!

We’ll all wait. Get the recount. Move on with our lives. The side which has lost will be upset regardless, but we will have followed our state’s laws and had an open process in the recount.

Seriously, Minnesota has a well-deserved reputation for fair and impartial elections, and the process is said to be above-board and open to the public. Everyone should stop listening to the constant reactive spin to every tidbit of news, Be patient and the votes will be counted by hand and certified in due time.

Sorry, my vote it far too precious to me to just mindlessly accept such glaring statistical improbability. 15 years as a Quality Manager, living by statistics, an anomaly of this magnitude would invite scrutiny. Since we are talking about the most precious right as an American citizen, and not just defective widgets, I expect more diligent scrutiny, not less.

I am not accusing anybody of anything but to just let this pass without review is an unthinkable option. If for no other reason then to find the procedural defects to the process so that corrective action can be implemented thus increasing our confidence level for future elections.

When you look at historical changes during canvassing, it is really remarkable the changes have been so slight. This has been a pretty solid process.

Once a ‘Certificate of Election;’ is issued, we will have a winner, and not a second before that.

Union heavy areas of the state, just like union hating parts of the state, have election judges that are of equal numbers of democrats and republicans. So, it is just as likely that it is a republican who is finding the MISREPORTED Franken votes than it is a democrat.

The votes are NOT 100 percent for Franken, as on Thursday, Norm’s total increased from the number he had on Wednesday. And he picked up 29 votes in Ramsey County as a part of the canvas yesterday. Both candidates gaining and/or losing votes is not only an election probability, it is actually close to the statistical lock that you like to throw around.
