My favorite part is reading the comments that were left in response to the OPINION PIECE that Drudge linked to here. Not a single positive comment that I found. Democrats and republicans alike called it a worthless use of bandwidth.

Do the Demo’s really want want to try steal this election in the broad daylight for everyone to see for the likes of a disgusting little turd like Franken? Is he worth the consequences?

People like Scott here keep trying to deflect attention from this issue by referring to an “OPINION PIECE” when in fact the Democrats are trying to steal this election. Any ballot that is found outside of what was included in the election day count should not be counted. Ballots found in the trunk of someones car should be destroyed without being opened (either that or the person charged with some type of crime for having them). Any voter information that is “found” after the initial count is suspect and should not be counted.

First of all it is Minnesota state law requires that any election seperated by less then a .5% it is an automatic recount, regardless of what either canidate says or does, it must be recounted. This is not really Rep v Dem issue it an issue of the election being counted correctly. The lack of security (trunk) by government elections offical should not invalidate a vote, if that vote was yours you’d want it counted. So far both candiates have gain votes, Franken has gained more. there are known to be around 6000 or so ballots that are in question that they will be review to determine voters intent. Why should we decline a vote to our troops whoes absentee ballots were sent late by the government? I think not. If someone is not smart enough to mark the ballot right, it should be still counted, there is no IQ requirement to vote.
Let’s follow the law and get it right.
PS Why do Republicans like to fight the law when it does not suit them?
