Kyle… Here's what I'm talking about...

Let’s wait until after Al Franken is a United States Senator before we pile on with still more votes.

The recount should be halted immediately once Al Franken is shown to be in the lead by one vote.

Seems like Team Smokescreen isn't doing so well in front of Judges, these days.

Judge dimisses Coleman lawsuit

A Minnesota judge Thursday threw out a lawsuit against Al Franken by Republican Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.), who claimed his Democratic opponent had defamed him in ads.

Judge Barbara L. Neilson ruled claims by a watchdog group against Coleman referenced in the Franken ads are “substantially accurate, if not literally true.”

So, Team Smokescreen is 0 for 2 on their ads <strike>smokescreen</strike> "lawsuit"; what makes anyone think THE FOURTH MOST CORRUPT SENATOR will do any better on this?

danbrome, dip shit, what the hell are you talking about?

I'm talking about following the process. Franken is talking about changing the process and law mid-stream. You, stupid as you are, apparently agree to that... and also to say other pea-brained things.

Trained election officials rejected the ballots for valid concerns. Now is not the time to change the law and disrupt the process legislated by wiser folks than a bunch of half-hearted crooks in the Franken campaign.

Now, why don't you go find your ass bandit buddy Ashwin Madia. He's got some spare time on his hands.

Why isn't Franken asking that any ballot not cast by a legal voter be rejected-- ballots that are "found," for example, that exceed the number of voters actually at the polls on election day?

The Franken campaign is asking the court to reject the judgment of trained election officials who rejected the ballots for a reason. The Franken campaign is asking the court to re-write election laws and to change the recount process mid-stream.

There will be a time to review why these ballots were rejected. That time is not now.

Sounds like the "found" Hennepin ballots may have been absentee ballots that were requested but not returned or postmarked before the deadline.

If the listed voters are contacted it should be done by someone independent like the FBI.

And I suppose Leroy Jenkins is going to find something wrong with urging the court to order the counties to produce only the information necessary for the recount.
