You would think that lying about an 84 year old stroke victim’s ballot being rejected because of her signature would embarrassing enough for Team Franken, but their recount strategy of harassing Minnesotan voters is actually getting much worse. According to an election official in Beltrami County, Team Franken is asking people to sign affidavits about their absentee ballots with knowing the specific details about the ballots.

“Mack said the Franken campaign is contacting voters on the rejected absentee list she gave it. A man came into Mack’s office to tell of the contact.
‘He came in and talked to us about it — they wanted him to sign an affidavit that his was rejected because he did not sign the back of his envelope,’ Mack said. ‘The affidavit has … a statement that the eligibility certificate reflects my name and address and bears my genuine signature. So even though we told them on the spreadsheet it didn’t have his signature on there, they’re sending him an affidavit and having him sign something that says it did have his signature on it.‘

Hmmm – what was the name of that book “Lies and the liars who tell them” or something like that. Sounds like A.F. is becoming an authority on lies and liars as well as harassment and intimidation.

So calling voters is “harrassment” now? I guess I missed the story you must have reported on before the election saying “MCCAIN HARASSING VOTERS IN SWING STATES.”
I can’t believe this is the story you’re going after. Coleman is being sued, you know. He could be facing serious, serious charges. Ted Stevens serious charges. A hand recount will make each and every one of these Franken posts completely irrelevant. That’s the answer, a hand recount. What a novel idea! Somebody should have suggested that in the first place!

The posts are back to their top-notched stupidness. Who cares if he is asking people to sign an affidavit? How is that harassment?
And, it’s not Franken lying if someone signs an incorrect affidavit. It’s the person signing the affidavit. Although I’m sure you yahoos will now claim he’s body slamming the voters if they don’t sign.

Plymouth Dem does not have a clue how these lawyers work. Once they get a person to sign the affidavit, they will be put on the list and forced to participate in the coming lawsuit after Franken loses the election recount.

Because she signed an affidavit that has been proven false, will this poor lady now be dragged into court to defend herself?
She probably had no clue that she was being used as a pawn by a pack of stinking Democrat black bag men.
Someone needs to get out and start informing elderly, and vulnerable people to call the police if Franken’s DFL operatives try to coherse them into signing false documents.
Taking advantage of the old and infirm…my God, the party of Scrubs knows no shame.
