SECRETARY OF STATE RITCHIE ASKED TO LEAVE COUNTING AREA; PHOTOGRAPHER “POSED” RITCHIE IN BACKGROUND AS BALLOTS WERE COUNTED

By Michael B. Brodkorb | November 19, 2008

According to a dedicated reader of Minnesota Democrats Exposed, Secretary of State Mark Ritchie was speaking with members of the media at the recount location today, when he was instructed by staffers participating in the recount to leave the counting area.  Later, a photographer for Mpls/St.Paul Magazine, brought Ritchie back into the counting area and Ritchie “posed” in the background while staffers & volunteers continued to examine and count ballots.

how many poses did katherine harris take during her recount Michael?

First, how is this bad? he is the SOS isn’t he? He is in charge of voting yes?

Second how is this news? And last how is this any different than the partisan bullshit that happened in Florida?

The world is a cyclical place, its pretty hypocritical to say nothing partisan happened in Florida and complain about the partisan politics going on with our recount.

Ritchie posed for a picture, BETTER POST A BLOG ABOUT IT!!!!

Yoni – It’s not so much that he had his posed photo taken as it is that he was asked to leave the counting area. The fact that you are upset at the fact that he has a photo taken shows desperation on your part because the more important part of the post is that he asked to leave the counting area.

Once again, Democrats trivializing the complex and complicating the obvious.

sounds like Ritchie is more interested in photo ops than in seeing that the recount gets carried out without problems.

I was in Saint Paul this morning and the Franken volunteers were flooding the counting area until they were finally told to leave (except for three or four people from each campaign).

Is that Aaron Landy, the disgrace former embedded blogger at mnpubes?

Getting kicked off mnpubes is like getting cut from the Washington Generals.

Skydancer, exactly why Michael put “posed” in red. the only emphasis in the post, well other than his humbly putting MDE in red.
