The law says “intent.” If the voter filled out the rest of the ballot in complete and fully darkened circles, quesioning this ballot is legitimate – and if Team Smokescreen challenged a ballot similarly, I would support their challenge.

@ Pete – - due to the blatant dishonesty of republiCons, it’s reasonable to conclude the GreedOverPrinciples party wouldn’t show the whole ballot – the ballot showing all the other circles completely filled in.

They should photograph every questionable ballot and make it available for public view.
