COLEMAN’S CAMPAIGN PRESENTS “FRANKEN’S FRIVOLOUS FOLLIES”

    By Michael B. Brodkorb | November 21, 2008

U.S. Senator Norm Coleman’s campaign had a press conference this afternoon to highlight the ballots that have been challenged by Al Franken’s campaign during the recount.  Taped on the walls in the room were the press conference was held were examples of Team Franken’s frivolous challenges.  I’ll post more examples of Team Franken’s ballot challenges in the next few hours on Minnesota Democrats Exposed.

Maybe someone should post all the challenges and we can really determine who’s being frivolous.

You mean, like Coleman’s Comedic Challenges?

Aaron, we know that frivolous challenges have been issued by both campaigns; each campaign has given examples of ones issued by the other.

We don’t know who is issuing more frivolous challenges; we do know, though, that to date Franken’s campaign has issued more total challenges.

When it all come out in the wash, as it always does, the wash water will have plenty of blue AND red color to it.

Let’s let the system work, and elect our Senator in a fair and accurate manner.

      Isn’t this much more important:

MICHAEL AND/OR OTHERS: The readers of this blog need answers about the fundraising efforts of Norm Coleman in relation to this recount. Please, find out if there has been, or will be any fundraising done by Coleman to help cover the costs of the recount.

If it is found that there HAVE BEEN fundraisers, or any money raised by the Coleman campaign to help cover the costs of the recount, please do extensive research into whomever donated money to the Coleman recount effort. We need to know if any of them have done such despicable things like:

      1. Talked about, joked about, received, or given oral sex
      2. Ever taken the lords name in vein
      3. Ever told or laughed at a “dirty” joke
      4. Have ever seen a woman naked other than their wife (if the donor is a male) or seen a man naked other than their husband (if the donor is a female)
      5. Been in a fight of any kind
      6. Ever missed a Sunday mass, or other mass held on a holiday
      7. Forgotten to say their prayers before bed
      8. Ever voted for a Democrat
      9. Ever said anything that could possibly be taken as “liberal”
      10. Ever had friends that could be considered as “liberal”
      11. Ever seen or had the desire to see an awful publication such as “Playboy” or “Hustler”
      12. Any other damaging information about the person(s) involved in the outrageous act of fundraising for the recount effort

Thank you in advance for this important information.

      13. Ever said both “anti-” and “American” in any order within the last 15 years?
      14. Promoted an Urban Legend about a liar OR a bigot?
      15. Planted Paulsen lawn signs on public land?

Wouldn’t those be viewed as indicators of solid values of distinguished donors to the Coleman campaign?

Who you talking about? Bachmann said “anti-America” views - no “n”.

      16. Stolen Paulsen signs.

    10. Integrity Says:

      Average Joe:

Why would Coleman donors be stealing Paulsen lawn signs? Also, go back and read that transcript:

MR. MATTHEWS: So you think that’s a fair critique of Barack Obama, that his view of America is so — that America is so imperfect that he pals around with terrorists. You think that’s a fair comment.

REP. BACHMANN: It’s a fair comment, because Barack Obama does have a close association with Bill Ayers. It’s one that the American people have a right to have some answers to. And Barack Obama still hasn’t come clean on his relationship with Bill Ayers. It’s been under the radar, and only recently has it been coming out. And people need to know.

MR. MATTHEWS: So this is a character issue. You believe that Barack Obama may — you’re suspicious because of this relationship — may have anti-American views. Otherwise it’s probably irrelevant to this discussion.

      REP. BACHMANN: Absolutely.

MR. MATTHEWS: So you believe it brings into –

      REP. BACHMANN: I absolutely –

MR. MATTHEWS: So you believe that Barack Obama may have anti- American views.

REP. BACHMANN: Absolutely. I’m very concerned that he may have anti-American views. That’s what the American people are concerned about. That’s why they want to know what his answers are. That’s why Joe the plumber has figured so highly in the last few days –

MR. MATTHEWS: Okay. I’m not going to get off this.

REP. BACHMANN: — because Joe the plumber asked a question that a lot of Americans want to know.

MR. MATTHEWS: Sarah Palin was around today talking about pro- American parts of America, and assuming there’s other non-parts of the country. What parts of America would you say are anti-American? What parts of this country?

REP. BACHMANN: Well, I would say that people who hold anti- American views. I don’t think it’s geography. I think it’s people who don’t like America, who detest America. And on college campuses, a Ward Churchill, another college campus, a Bill Ayers, you find people who hate America. And unfortunately, some of these people have positions teaching in institutions of higher learning. But you’ll find them in all walks of life all throughout America.

    11. naomi Says:
      November 21st, 2008 at 4:38 pm

Rep Bachmann was correct in her analysis of Obama. I know he and his friends are all anti-american. They are full blown Marxists. So can we get back to the re-count?

      How about in “artery”?

      Pffft.

“…or seen a man naked other than their husband (if the donor is a Cheeto boy or Leeeroy)”

Well that lets Cheeto boy off the hook, he’s got no husband unless the age of consent gets lowered to 13…don’t know about Leeroy though, seems to me he’s been vacationing in California recently.

      Naomi-

If you have this big of a problem with the person that the American people overwhelmingly elected as president, perhaps you should consider moving out of the country. Perhaps you can make a home in a country where there are mostly subsistence farmers and not much government or taxes at all. This should satisfy two of the most important beliefs that you have, no government, and no taxes. Most importantly, no Marxists like you claim Obama to be. What do you think? Good plan?

It looks like NEW YORK NORM is bringing out the THREE (3) F’s:

      Florida
      Florida
      Florida

KARL ROVE’s Angry Al type of campaign yielded vote totals of about 42%.

New York Norm claims that his lack of sleep semi-clouding his judgment on election night. He attributes that to his statement concerning challenges/recount.

Sometimes it seems to me that Norm runs his trial balloons by MDE, so that he can make a judgment if something floats.

Methinks that perhaps some of the problems are that MN Publius and MDE get a tad too full of themselves and have Love-In’s at pubs after premiers on the New York Media.

      - No nuts and bolts campaign ads?

      - No step by step: “This is the preferred way of marking your ballot to help insure that your vote counts”?

      - Not enough MILLIONS OF $$$$$ in the political war chests to HELP educate the VOTING public on voting?

“If you have this big of a problem with the person that the American people overwhelmingly elected as president..”

So much for a stinkin’ lefty calling itself “integrity”.

Nobama won 52% of the popular vote. A majority, but nowhere close to overwhelming.

Oh, but wait! Maybe you’re talking about the extra 8 states that Nobama campaigned in…haven’t seen the returns from those..*snicker*

We’ll stick it out right here, if it’s all the same to you assnozzle. Four years isn’t that long, and it’ll be fun to watch the Obamination administration crush the delusions of the morons that put it in power.

Hopefully, the Obama administration has a philosophy. The Bushies came in wanting less government, no nation building and more private sector. What do we have after 8 years - more government, ineffective nation building and the government having to invest in banks, insurance companies and who knows what else.

Face it righties - the GOP had their chance, taking over the reins of power of the only global super power and eight years later, we are hoping to survive as a country. My rightwing mother in law was forced to complain about daylight savings time today and the liberals who forced it on us. You guys are pathetic!

I might add that not only were the Frankin voters less educated, they definitely smell bad. At the re-count sessions, I noted most of them had very oily hair, filthy clothes, and massive facial -body hair and acne. (These were just the women)

    27. Integrity Says:
      November 22nd, 2008 at 2:19 pm

I’ve been trying to get this comment posted, but it keeps getting rejected…hmmm…

Can somebody please explain what an “assnozzle” is or how it in any way gets a point across or adds to the discussion here? Also, I don’t get the moonbats thing…and what is the joke about the gerbils sitting next to a dish? I’m sorry that my fascist, Marxist, socialist, liberal mind can’t keep up. I’d like to at least try to keep up with you ReBublican’s. Please help explain.

Also, Naomi, I think danbrome has it right; YOU are the one who sounds silly. It might be best if you read before you submit your comments. You should be able to notice how goofy they sound. Also, thanks for the update on the physical characteristics of the women volunteering for Franken. What I am curious about is how you know that they were less educated? Simply because they are liberals? I also wanted to address your previous comment about being a boring liberal. Danbrome is at least using correct grammar and spelling when he answers. Also, each post adds to the complexity of the conversation. Your answers often confuse readers and leave them wondering what you’re trying to say. Seems like the liberals aren’t the ones “twisting in the wind” here.

I would also point of that Obama will be serving as our president for the next 8 years, not 4. If this country is willing to elect a total disaster like Bush, I’m sure they will “stomach” Obama for another term no matter what he does. Could we also please hear what Obama will do that will be a disaster and tear the country apart? Please stick with coherent arguments and don’t just go to the same tired talking points about being a liar, a cheater, and a thief. Looking forward to some answers.

People who smell bad make up a good percentage of Americans. Are you saying they should be discriminated against too? I guess that would make sense for you, based on your prior remarks about others. Ever consider looking at yourself in the mirror? Seriously.

Danbroom, I believe it was you who said I needed to get back on my meds. Is your attempt at bad humor showing bias towards the mentally ill? I think you should watch what you say before you attack others for discrimination.

If you believe my ignorance is astonishing, your prejudice is typical of lefties.

Who said those who smell bad can’t vote? I simply stated characteristics of people at a re-count center. Don’t you think you should learn to think before you speak? Or is your own prejudice simply projected unto others?

Your hurtful comments about mentally ill people is “beyond the pale.”
