For instance, there are no ballots from Wright County so far (and that is adjacent to Hennepin County).</description>

Can someone explain how the SoS cannot provide download data in Excel format?  The data shit they provide is useless.   It is not possible for someone with ordinary PC skills to analyze the data in the form it is provided.  Purposful or accidental? I&#039;d like to know.</description>
