538′S NATE SILVER CHANGES TUNE ON RECOUNT; COLEMAN NOW FAVORED

By Michael B. Brodkorb | December 1, 2008

Nate Silver, the former Daily Kos contributor who predicted that Al Franken would win the recount is now predicting that U.S. Senator Norm Coleman is the “slight favorite” to win the recount.

“For now, however, the various iterations if the statistical process that we applied before now show Norm Coleman as the slight favorite, although his edge is small and might reverse itself if Franken is able to get discarded absentee ballots reconsidered.” Source: FiveThirtyEight.com; November 28, 2008

Yeah. But this ALSO must be inaccurate, since in the posts you refer to, you discredited him as a partisan hack.

Or is he only accurate when he says what you like?

    Leroy,
The point is that he is an inaccurate partisan hack – but even he can not find a way for Al to win.

Anyone who believes anything in the Daily Kook is a retard. Anyone who writes for them was educated by the same said retards.

Good one Sam. I wonder why Leroy keeps coming back to discredit himself? I guess he likes to be punished. It seems to fit the pattern of his flawed logic.

    Leroy,

You didn’t catch Michael’s sarcasm with “analysis” in quotes? It really was pretty hard to miss.

“Leroy” must be bored. No lobbying to do right now so he spends his time here spewing his crap. Don’t worry “Leroy” the legislature will be back in session soon.

    “Pete F” thanks.

Waiting for the legislature to start, like waiting for buses and waiting for Godot are certainly hobbies I do enjoy. I guess if I were the lobbyist you seem to think I am, it would be even more exciting.

Leroy, are you telling me that the boy lied? Could be considering his family…
