		<description>seriously...how do 133 votes disappear? correction... &quot;may or may not have disappeared&quot; ...sorry...things like this are only part of the reason this recount is necessary but it certainly doeasnt help that voters opinions are being discounted because their vots cant be found? maybe theyre in the proverbial &quot;black hole&quot; with everyones missing wallets and car keys...</description>

		<description>Someone should tell the duck that the election official who he had earlier falsely accused of leaving absentee ballots in her car said later today (and in the quoted article) that the ballots were never found, and as such, election judge incompetence does seem to be the root problem here.</description>
