“Under Minnesota law, election officials are required to make a duplicate ballot if the original is damaged during Election Night counting. Officials are supposed to mark these as “duplicate” and segregate the original ballots. But it appears some officials may have failed to mark ballots as duplicates, which are now being counted in addition to the originals. This helps explain why more than 25 precincts now have more ballots than voters who signed in to vote.”

Well today I finally got an answer to the most obvious question. Unfortunately it took the WSJ to report it.

I can’t seem to find the article that Drudge had linked but it seem 25 precincts had more voters then signers.

I have no idea the remaining idealogical makeup of the MN Supreme Court. I do have a hard time believing they could over look such blatant fraud.

So you commie lib, Franken ass licker’s should not be so quick to pull your pud. This ain’t over yet.

Norm Coleman has done everything in his power to disenfranchise the voters in this election, right up to the point when he was told that the voters he wanted to bypass were his only hope for salvation.

Then, just like when he switched parties to join the republican surge of the time, he suddenly began to care about the voters again.

Norm is an opportunist that few on either side of the aisle will truly miss.
