Aaron, not true. Every legal vote was counted the first time. Franken became dependent on the recount which would be count #2.

It’s basic arithmetic, see danbrome if you need help cause he has a degree in arithmetic.

As a member of the recount process on behalf of Al Franken as a recount observer, I feel that the recount process was very fair and that because there was bias, on both sides, that the votes were counted fairly and according to the rules. Coleman’s time is up. He got in the back door and he has decided to leave in shame.

His court arguments are silly and when all is said and done, he can’t win. I can’t wait until this is over with and we can finally have equal representation in the senate.

Ryan, why did you say “contact us” at the end of the last post? Are you working for Coleman? Mike can show you have to make some good money as a “part time research consultant”…

The problem is, the whole recount process as it exists today, allowing for hand recounts by biased humans, creates the temptation and opportunity to corrupt and steal elections. Recounts should only be done by nonbiased machines. Once a vote is rejected by a machine, it should never be recounted. If the machine is faulty and rejects some valid ballots, it will do so randomly and equally, without political bias, and should not statistically change the final election result. Instead of recounting such rejected votes, the machine should be recalibrated, fixed or retired. Voting machines will never be perfect because they are created by humans. But unlike humans, machines will never be politically biased unless they are specifically designed that way.

Heh. What a bunch of hypocrites. Franken’s campaign has always been about counting every legal vote (once). Haven’t you read what the Coleman lawyers have put forward? Team Coleman is trying to reverse the results, disenfranchise voters and count illegal ballots. What a bunch of brainwash bunk from Team Coleman. Sick.
