What’s Chris Coleman’ pitch? He’s been leading the decline of Saint Paul for two terms now. Hell, Saint Paul’s decline began long before any state or national trend.

MinnPost is where it is stated that Latimer is the last St. Paul Mayor to run for Governor, I never made such a claim because I know it to be false.
