AC, unlike you I watch all the various major news networks, read printed media that leans both left and right, and maintain friendships with both liberals and conservatives.

Unlike you I do not allow anyone to tell me what to think or what to say. I think for myself.

People of your ilk are so uninformed because you limit your sources of information to only those that agree with your position. It would be best if you educated yourself before attempting to speak on the topics you do here.

danbrome. It is obvious you do not watch Fox News because if you had you would know they have been reporting the details from both sides on the court challenge. Unlike the liberal media who only report negatives about Coleman (and even turn positives into negatives for Coleman) and positives about Franken.

You can come here and lie all you want danbrome but anyone who truely looks at all sides of issues knows that you are a liar.

How do you tell if danbrome is being dishonest? He is posting on MDE.

ALBY – There will be no re-vote in Minnesota. That is not part of the remedy sought by the Coleman campaign. They are seeking to have some ballots counted in the re-count removed and they are seeking an order to have some absentee ballots not counted in the re-count to be counted.

Wisely, the Coleman campaign is not alleging fraud nor have they suggested the election process is “tainted”.

They have pointed out some inconsistencies in how different county/municipal election officials treated some absentee ballots. They’ve argued that some of the decisions made by those officials may not have been fully compliant with the instructions from the Secreatary of State or in a handful of instances,contrary to state law.

We will probably know within five weeks or so if the Coleman campaign was successful in making its case. But no matter how the Court rules, one thing they will not do is order a re-vote. There is no direct provision in Minnesota law for that remedy and the Coleman campaign has not asked for it.

I hope an independent group will appeal if the court rules against Coleman. IT IS NOT ABOUT HIM OR THE GOP. I do not want to be disenfranchised by an tainted election process. REVOTE like they did in New Hampshire in 1974.

The vote swing since election day has been roughly 10 votes per county towards Franken.

Don’t cut Richie’s ability to rig an election. He’s only been in office two years. If ACORN would have been more proactive with voter fraud this would be a non-issue.

At this point and time, Ritchie and ACORN are blaming each other. After Franken loses, they’ll need to sit down and figure out what went wrong.

The reason the national attention has diminished is because the contest is lost.

Fox News has every right to continue the drum beat in support of Former Senator Coleman, but people hungry for news would rather focus on President Obama’s bold actions to address the financial crisis.

If Coleman appeals the lost contest, he will offically become the most pathetic politician in Minnesota history.

Isn’t it obvious that the Democrat party has directed their thugs in the media to put a black out on any reporting? I’m willing to bet that the Democrats are planning a media blitz and are working with the MSM to control the release of information until “the time is right”.

The only channel that I can find updates on is Fox News.

I am sorry. I don’t get your title. Posser did not admit to errors, he said that it is possible that there could have been errors. Those are two distinctly different things. You make it sound as if he gave direct testimony of first hand knowledge of errors. This does not seem to be the case, at least not from what was written in this article.

Where does it say the SOS screwed up? Any database is only as good as the people who enter the data into it. Search a state health database and I bet you can prove that 98% of people who gave birth were female. Does that mean the remaining 2% were male? No. It means people screw up when they enter data into databases. Garbage in, garbage out.

Also, this headline is a bit off. Poser did not admit there were errors. He said it was possible that there could be errors.
