You are a city boy who rarely if ever leaves the coffee shops of the city.

Walz and Oberstar represent the interests of the metro. Oberstar is particularly bad. The people who live in his district have been fooled into believing that the DFL actually cares about them but we all know that is a lie.

I know, I’m an idiot for it.

Its nice to know that YOU know Walz and Oberstar do not represent rural interest. The people who actually live in those areas obviously disagree with you.

Back to the story and my point that the DFL effectively represent rural interests. This story is from a plant in Willmar over in Kandiyohi County. In the legislature, DFLer Al Juhnke represents them. In local government, Mayor Les Hietke of Wilmar is a DFLer. The Kandiyohi County Board has been dominated by DFLers for over 40 years. Looking at the board today, you’ll see some famous names of familiar legislative DFLers.

Oh, the DFL is the Democrat Farmer-Laborer Party.

So the Republicans can only get to Congress from the suburbs and ignore urban, and rural Minnesota and think they have a voice that matters in this situation?

The key word is Leroy’s comment is “allegedly”.

Here would use the power of government to punish a company that “allegedly” abused its workers.

Scary.

But that what the DFL has become.

YOUR president is a socialist, as are you.

I did not agree with the Bush/Pelosi/Reed bailout of AIG or any other bank at the time and still don’t.

The Democrats are obviously using this opportunity to take over businesses. This will back fire.

We just got done with eight years of absentee leadership. That very event proved McCain to be more of the same.

Obama was to much of a coward to come up with plan along with McCain last October. Now he says it’s a mess he inherited, which is BS.

I remind you that it was the Democratic Congress which passed the bill to bail out AIG and the banks at the end of the Bush administration. I’d also remind you that President Obama voted for the bill. I believe Vice President Biden also voted in favor of the bailout. Finally, I’d also like to remind you that it was the Obama administration’s request (and Chris Dodd’s agreement to the request) which caused the AIG executives to receive their large bonuses this month.

Sounds to me like there is a lot of DFL greed and envy involved. I continue to be amused by the socialist agenda and cannot waite for the backlash in 2010!

This isn’t a rural -vs- metro issue. Nor is it a union -vs- managment issue.

This is a case of a Minnesota employer that is allegedly abusing it’s workers needing an additional reminder that it needs to set the republican greed aside and start treating it’s workers better.
