SEIFERT OUT AS HOUSE MINORITY LEADER AT 11:00 A.M.

In talking with my capitol sources, Representative Marty Seifert will step-down as House Minority Leader at 11:00 a.m. so he can campaign for governor. Please check back to Minnesota Democrats Exposed today for breaking information and for a list of who’s in and who’s out as a candidate for governor in 2010.

This is the only negative side effect of the Governor’s decision.
He was a hapless caucus leader, and, when you have someone like that in a position of power, it is always nice to see them stay.
At least we still have Senjem.
