Man/woman made global warming is a farce. It’s been a new-tax plan in the making for more than a decade.

Now is the worst time for cap and tax, but never was there a good time. It’s a tax based on a false premise.

Worst economy since Carter and we see the most massive tax increases ever. Go to your local college and buy an Econ 101 textbook. Democrats would get an F! You just don’t do this in this economic climate.

Democrats are more interested in power than governing or doing right by the people. They need more misery. Increase their plantation of zombies who walk in a trance to the voting booth and sometimes multiple ones every other 2nd Tues in November to make more laws that take away freedoms. Tell them how bad things are and how they need government to help them.

I don’t even think Democrats believe what they are selling. But they don’t care, it’s all just a game to them.

I am happy with the direction the Republican Party is heading.

I believe Marty Seifert is currently the best candidate for Governor mainly because he speaks truthfully and is a strong fiscal conservative. He already has a strong statewide support system that is ready to work with him.

My one concern is the direction the Republican party is headed. I was hoping for new people and new ideas to come out of state central but so far it is not lookin good. Lets hope that the elected leadership looks for help from the grassroots to determine the direction the party will go in 2010.

Really guys, Id love to participate, but only on a grown up basis.

Or hypocrisy like how Eliot Spitzer routinely prosecuted high profile people and major CEOs for soliciting prostitutes while soliciting prostitutes himself?

Or hypocrisy like Barney Frank blaming Bush for the mortgage meltdown while currently pressuring Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to relax mortgage lending rules?

President Ford was more liberal than even Bill Clinton on a whole host of issues. You’ve already said that you haven’t supported Norm Coleman since 1998. And Jim Ramstad hadn’t had a credible opponent since 1994. Anyone who so fervently and undoubtedly follows someone like Al Franken is a far-left ideologue.

I do accept election results graciously even when I don’t like the result. Obama won fair and square. But that doesn’t mean I have to like his policies.

With respect to Franken, the last election is a lesson. And however the court rules does not mean that we have to accept what happened in the recount without any question. Just as there were reforms after Florida 2000, there should be changes to make our election process stronger, fairer and more consistent. For example, the court may not be able to find a remedy for handling the absentee ballots which were accpeted in metro counties and rejected in rural counties. If the court doesn’t have the tools to solve that problem this time, the legislature should most surely take up that issue before the next election.

The problem as I see it is that you are a Franken partisan who can’t look at what happened critically. I hate to put it like this, but if you were an Iranian I think you’d just accept Ahmadinejad’s election and be marching against the people demonstrating for their freedoms.

I’m with you. The candidate who is declared the winner is my representative, President, or Senator. That goes for both W and Norm Coleman.

There’s a huge difference between people like me and imbeciles like you. I don’t question who the President of the United States IS. I question his policies and what they are doing to our country. Even Warren Buffet, the Oracle of Omaha and an Obama supporter, said today that the economy is in “shambles” and that cap and trade, which is being taken up this week in Congress, will hurt the economy and the poor.

And after the court decides the issues surrounding the Senate race, I will accept the outcome but that does not mean I will support the policies. For someone who claims to be a moderate, you follow far-left ideologue politicians as if they were religious figures.

If I really cared about what goes through your feeble mind, I could ask you whether you accepted George W. Bush as your President and Norm Coleman as your Senator. But I’m not going to stoop to schoolyard pissing contests.
