RYBAK BLURS THE LINES WITH OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION

Yesterday Mayor RT Rybak sent out an email update out of his mayor’s office. Â In the message, there were several references to the upcoming election which Rybak is on the ballot for re-election.
Rybak, who already has several complaints filed against him with the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board, apparently has no regard for election law.

I’m no defender of Rybak, but I think it’s a little cheap to criticize him for putting an election notice on the mayor’s official e-mail. From what I see, he doesn’t tie election day to his campaign or initiatives, which would be active campaigning using official resources.
