On Saturday the local Rochester DFL held an activist training with the key note speaker as Mark Ritchie. The same Mark Ritchie that said during the 2006 campaign that the Office of the Secretary of State must act in a “non-partisan” manner. Check back for more on Ritchie tomorrow.
