If our stature in the world is so great, why did the U.S. and President Reagan get zero credit the other day at the Berlin Wall ceremony celebrating twenty years of the Wall coming down?

The reason oil is $80 a barrel right now instead of $50 a barrel is because the dollar has plummeted. And gold is at an all time record high. No economist I’ve ever heard says these are good signs. Governor Pawlenty is DISHONEST when he will not admit that he is considering a run for President.

It’s a shame he can’t be straight with the people of Minnesota.

I’m surprised than you haven’t been critical of RJ since he was obviously running for governor, but wanted to keep his job as Mayor for a backup. Tim if you assume he’s running has the honesty of saying that he won’t be in the office allowing him to be distracted of performing the job he was elected to in order to get a new job.

Barrack and a whole bunch of Senators were spending their time on the campaign trail instead of being in Washington performing their jobs.

How can you say that the stature of the U.S. has been strengthened in the world “community”? Clearly you have not been paying attention to what’s happened to the U.S. dollar over the last several months nor have you been paying attention to the threats of taking the valuation of oil and other commodities off of the dollar and onto another currency? If our stature is going up, why is virtually every country backing away from the dollar?
