CHAOS IN CLARK CAMPAIGN

By Luke Hellier | November 11, 2009

After looking into Tarryl Clark’s announcement of her campaign staff it seems there has been some sort of shake up in the campaign.

In early October, Roll Call had Andrea Mokros listed as “leading the campaign.”  As of yesterday, Mokros had been demoted to “campaign consultant” in some stories. In fact, Mokros’s name wasn’t even listed in the Press Release on www.tarrylclark.com.

From Roll Call:

“Andrea Mokros of Mokros Strategies will be leading Clark’s campaign team. Mokros most recently served as Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-Minn.) deputy chief of staff…” Source: Roll Call 10/8/09.

But yesterday’s release has Zach Rolvod listed as campaign manager.

Clark Release:

Zach Rodvold is serving as Campaign Manager. Rodvold joins the campaign from the office of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, where he served as State Director….” Source: Clark Campaign Website 11/9/09

Interesting questions to consider:

Has Mokros been demoted?

Is there unrest in the Clark camp?

Who exactly is Andrea Mokros?  Has she become a liability for Clark?

Is Clark loosing traction against Reed for the endorsement?

I’m waiting to see Dusty Trice appear on Clark’s payroll. It appears that since his violent backround made the news, he has lost funding and gone out of the blogging business.

If Dusty puts “Bachmann Stalker” at the top of his resume, that should get Clark’s attention!

    Luke..

I can’t decide which word best describes your post..

    Desperate, absurd, pathetic, or ignorant.

    Maybe all 4!

Andrea took the job temporarily to get the campaign a strong start. She had already signed on to go and work with an international NGO months ago.
Also, its takes time for people who take a leave, to find temporary replacements while they work on the campaign.
The thing about being young and dumb in politics is that you will continue to make these mistakes and take this blog to a slow well-deserved death.

You want chaos? Check out the staffing issues with your former boss Bachmann.

“Andrea took the job temporarily to get the campaign a strong start.”

If that’s the case, then it was a huge failure.
