   I bet it went well since the press corps is all white and few of them have ever expressed interest in Illegally buying city parkland. Got to know, did he further backpeddle on his promise of 15 percent across the board cuts?

   What a romp! Mike won the race with 43% of the votes cast.

   Now that’s a mandate!

   Liberal danbrome, liberal Jason Enbrecht has only 36.5% of vote. A little more than 1/3 of voters went DFL. The voters sent a message that they want nothing to do with Democrats.

   Now that’s a mandate!

   Well, if you are going to turn this into a math problem, then couldn’t you argue that 57% of the voters want nothing to do with the Republicans?

   The mandate is that Parry won with only 43% of the vote and 57% did not vote for him.

   Parry won. Democrats lost. That is all that counts kids.
