MEFFERT & HACKETT SUPPORT CARD CHECK

Jim Meffert & Maureen Hackett DFL candidates looking to challenge Erik Paulsen responded to a question at a recent debate on their support of Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA).
Part of the Employee Free Choice Act would eliminate the secret ballot for employees wanting to vote on whether or not to unionize.
When asked about EFCA:
Meffert said “I support it.”
Hackett said “I support card check.”
