By Luke Hellier | May 14, 2010
Minnesota Democrats Exposed has filed a complaint with the Legislative Auditor about the misuse of taxpayer resources by State Representative Ryan Winkler.
Yesterday, Winkler used his official House website to release a political attack on Rep. Tom Emmer. Click Here to view the post.
State Ethics Rule MS 43A.38, which specifically relates to the misuse of state resources for campaign purposes, is the rule in question.
In accordance to guidelines by the Office of the Legislative Auditor a formal complaint was filed by mail.

Politicians don’t get it. They think that erasing statements means they’re in the clear. They still haven’t figured out the concept of screen captures & flip-phones capturing things as they are, not as they’re scrubbed to look.
IDIOTS. News has changed forever.

Why do you think it was the House DFL caucus that had the statement removed?
If the statement is so toxic, why are Republicans taking steps to propagate it?

For the same reason any other victim of a crime tells others, to stop it from happening again.
